  • Correlated magnetics - Attraction and Repulsion at the same

Check out this site, watch the videos, and read!
    CMR

Magnetic arrays which attract at one distance, and repel at an other, with a neutral hovering point!

Magnetic arrays which repel in all rotational orientations except one and then lock together

Magnetic arrays which have VERY LITTLE external far fields

    Lots of other amazing applications...
Easy to build ( just make arrays with lots of smaller magnets attached to a sheet or what have you)

Imagine this taken to a rotational orientation concept, with the outside periphery of a cylindrical array (like spokes on a wheel) line up with the inner ones on an other cylinder, but at certain angles attract and others repel....
    PERFECT FOR PERMANENT MAGNET MOTORS!

Great post. That should keep our brains busy for the next couple of years.

        Thanks for this post.

This seems also promising for building PMM motors, as it provides a unique way for detaching two attracted correlated magnets by minimum energy, simply by "twisting"!
Humility, an important property for a COP>1 system.
