need advice on coil

I've made one of a computer fan but now I'll try to make 1 engine from scratch

but permanent magnets on a wheel and some coil

my question is since I have been insipid in any 0.3 mm enamelled copper wire two make the coil off

what type of metal should I use in coil

I can't find any inforamsion about the coils

many post only say what type off cobber wire thy use. and how many turns


there most be some type of Metal in the
center off the coil

as long as the metal is farrus meaning a magnet is attracted to it it will work

Use welding rods or ferrite cores.
