  • Lenz-free Generator Design

Here's my generator project based on the work of Dan Quale and Alan L Francoeur...

Design is a prototype but shows the operating principles and integrity of the design. I'm still working on the motor design.

For a review of Lenz's Law, I've put together a video for that as well...

Ok congratulations, have you tested it, yet?
Your Iron blockers may suffer from eddy currents, you can use ferrite instead.
    Very impressive.

      Thanks elias.

I haven't hooked up a motor to it yet, but have done some crude hand turning measurements to verify that it does put out some juice!

I'm currently having an issue with finding a good way to secure the rotors to the shaft so that they don't move at all. My current methodology has allowed one of the rotors to be able to move slightly which makes it difficult to balance. I'm also planning on rebuilding it larger to make it easier to work on as well as provide more space for the various flux fields to flow.

The beautiful thing about this design is that the more rotors, magnets and coils I add to it, the more balanced it becomes while putting out more power. The inverse nature of that relationship means that at some point it will be over unity because there will be very little resistance to turning. I also plan to add a weighted flywheel to it as well to provide inertia and aid in that equation as well. I have a few other tweaks that I think will really improve efficiency even more, but baby steps! I'm very optimistic so far!!

One last note... One of the primary premises of this project is that this is the "common man's" machine and should be easy to build with off-the-shelf parts. It is/will be easy as well for anyone to understand how and why it works the way it does. No huge mystery here. I'm simply moving magnetic flux around and doing it in a non-conventional way.

I hope you all take the opportunity to explore this!

      Much peace,

I wish you best of luck. I had seen this design I had a plan to replicate it, but I had a Muller generator lying incomplete for a couple of year I decided to complete the project so I started this thread: http://www.energeticforum.com/renewa...ead.php?t=7469

But ... I do think that the Iron blockers will have some drag in your system if you speed up the unit, so you can try magnetite as blockers as posted here: http://www.energeticforum.com/renewa...tml#post132843

Also you can laser cut your rotors for optimum precision and stability.
