capacitor across Ignition coil

Hi can any one help me out in providing the value of the capacitor used parallel to automative ignition coil by Darcy Klyne .

Disruptive Discharge

If you put the cap (30kvdc 250mmf - 500mmf) across the sparkplug you will change the discharge into a disruptive discharge from an inductive discharge.

The difference is quite noticeable!

what should be the cap value and type.
