Bill is still free

I suppose he is still free doing his thing. All his websites are down but one. Tirestooil.com is still up with a new outlook. What he is selling is now machines to convert tires to oil. He claims he is a consultant also. He wrote to me in Sept promising to send me another machine for my money. He has since refused to reply my letters. I have complained at BBB, Internet Crime Claim Center and DOJ. Any other suggestion on how to get him?

In my first post of this thread, I gave links to the attorney general of Tenn as well as the FTC online complaint forms. Fill those out. The AG will also have an online complaint form to make it easy.
