Guys the description of the INKOMP unit on http://www.inkomp-delta.com/page7.html (Summary of commercial devices) looks SIMILAR to the Russian Akoil power generator / Energy of Tesla or better power amplifier with exactly the same claimed properties.
looks like Akoil is questionable
