Well, Tesla harpin circuit is only two capacitors and spark gap and a shunt wire, maybe add two 1000V fast diodes and two very small chokes to limit current..
I don't know... seems possible to hide something like that in a plug...

Its no safe ......when I touched one leg of neon i got shocked when myy arm touched the concrete wall.... what more if i cut it

Maybe this set up can be connected to a fw br then to a JT for charging or Slayer lighting


Without ground wire the neon will not lit up
The neon lamp is the same as screw driver ac lamp tester function except the rod has no connection to any source phase ground or neutral

Will try the following
Phase ground and Neutral 2.3 mm insulated magnetic wire 1 meter
Heating element 1 meter
all bunched together without connection to each other
Incandescent lamp to be connected to the end of heating element with Avplug IN5404 or 5418
I have a Chinese friend electrician who can touched live and neutral using the thumb and pointin finger lol without shock

Using one heater wire plus antenna or body ground... can lit up one 220 v ac neon lamp
Ground and heater wire not connected to power source 220 v ac line neutral

i think he used 3different materials(maybe 2) each of them making current travelling in its(single material) channels..
anyway i contacted Ras, we will try to make a contact with this guy asking him to publish all info online so nobody can have monopoly on this.

But, who was the real source of informations about the transmission of electrical energy through one wire without return? You don't have to make a guess twice, of course Nikola Tesla again, 100 (not 20) years ago...

This is what Tesla called the transmission of electrical energy through one wire without return. While a load connected to only one of the high-potential terminals does not form a closed circuit, —in the ordinary acceptance of the term— the circuit is closed in the sense that a return path is established back to the secondary by so called displacement currents. This return path is directly between the two metal plates. At greater distances the capacitive coupling to ground predominates at both the transmitter and the receiver ends of the circuit. Instead of using individual capacitor plates at the transmitting and receiving ends it is also possible to make the connection directly to ground, completing the circuit entirely through the earth.
