None of the above. I am combining HV LED's with photovoltaic cells. The idea has been thought of before but has never really been acheived. I am using 64 amophous silicon cells to produce 400 volts in conjunction with 12 monocrystalline solar cells. The LED is 400 volts and 500ma which produces 16,000 lumen. That 16,000 lumen will be divided up; I am using 1,000 lumen from the 16,000 lumen to shine at the amorphous which will produce the 400 volts required. The other LED's(15,000 lumen worth) will be pointed at the mono cells which will now produce 630ma. I will have to another set of lights to draw off the extra 130ma. These lights will shine at another set of panels to produce 250ma and 3.5 volts which I will attach to a cell phone to make calls just to show it works. I could build a larger one that could run a computer or an electric car but that would require thousands of dollars which I do not have. To be honest the only thing that stopping me now is $800 dollars. But oh well I'll get the money eventually.
