The Different Forms of Equilibrium in the Ether

It was mathematical analysis alone which led physicists to attribute a fundamental role to the vortices in the ether, but experiments made on material fluids give to this hypothesis a precise basis, since, as we shall see, they permit the reproduction of the attractions and repulsions observed in electrical phenomena, and the constitution by vortices of material substances with geometric forms. they continue to prove that what applies for large observable phenomena(ie. a galaxy) also applies for minute phenomena that we cannot see( Dna, viruses all spiral.) another fractal observation is the fact of orbiting bodies in a solar system and in an atom; the last one is what basically initiated my journey into this research since my physics teacher could not give me a satisfactory answer. the same for a magnet, so I begun searching my own answers.
I try to join together Ed's, Tesla's and Le Bon's teachings to try and seek common issues. My interpretation of radioactivity is that, it takes place on a matter of percentage of resonance, to the cosmic radiation {primary radiation frequency}, an element that is in perfect resonance to this frequency is immaterial as it vanishes instantly. From some rough calculations I aquired values in the range of Plank's time, but I don's know if this is something to take note of. I will post some calculations I made later on. As le bon says it is a cause that leads to answers so we can use the half life of different elements to arrive at this Primary frequency. I try to visualize everything in terms of mechanical phenomena assuming that nature follows the same principles on every level.

My problem is that I always seek something that makes more sense and leave all the other work unfinished.

This coil was frozen in a horizontal position, notice the fields are all disoriented not clean at all, also as a side note notice some field lines in this pic seem to be repelled by the earth.

I will not go into all the details of the Great cheops, but will mention a few,

Tesla's Pierce Arrow antenna was the wave length twice the speed of light. 5 feet something like 5'.14 Can a round grid antenna like this be matched to L2's coil winding lengths? He possibly was capturing the complete cycle of the wavelength not just the part we see. Perhaps this is why those 5 foot red jumper cables wound on L2 on page 32 worked so well. This measurement is incorrect but if any can figure out the correct wavelength of twice of light speed thru the atmosphere then it will be a good lead. Please post it so we all can have the correct wavelength and the formula for arriving at your answer. I do also see many supposed lengths of this antenna on the net some say 1 meter, some 3 feet But it should be 2X lightspeed thru our atmosphere to contain a full cycle.
