which makes complete sense. If a vortex of liquid water can create thousands of volts and this is just water then how about a vortex of liquid metal, like mercury? Of course what is a roddin coil filled with mercury once the metal is moving within but a vortex. If you filled the container then how could you get the mercry to vortex naturally, you can not, no vortex no electricity. But what if you spun the container. Then the liquid within will eventually spin at the same rate the exterior spins. This is why they placed the entire set up on a gyroscope. The base is nothing but a centrifuge (not a fusion reactor as previously stated...sorry. This total set up would cause an electromagentic flux so large that it would easily pick itself up from the ground.

pretty interresting. I also disocvered that mercury when in a copper donut will move when there is electricity applied and moves in the interior in a corkscrew fashion. An electro magnet is often copper wire wrapped around a iron core(soft metal) but mercury is also a soft metal. Wouldn't this be a giant electromagnet on crack. Apply high voltage and watch the sparks fly.
