, unlike the English.. ...His name is Gennady V. Nikolaev. He lived in Tomsk. Now it is no longer alive. Stefan Marinov wrote: "From Gennady Nikolayev I met at the II International Conference on Space, Time and Gravitation in St. Petersburg in September 1991, but some of his most interesting preprints I read a quarter of a century ago, when I lived in Bulgaria.
During the conference, we spent more time in my room at the "Leningrad" than in the hall of the conference, held since Nikolayev and some other Russian physicists experiment, which he told me, were a hundred times more interesting than the papers at the conference ... . "..In the hotel room were three scientists: Nikolaev, Marinov, Fefelov.

It's very interesting to see how people's mind work in FE field.
Most people blindly chase for the amazing machine without really look into laws of physics.
They spend time and money for a promising prototype, then move to next. Because supposedly a working device turns out too small or demands high precision parts that lone inventor or a small company can't make it.

Where are all the gravity motor inventors, honestly speaking those devices are working based on inertia impulse theory beautifully. Probably they got serious offer that they got to accept or be erased in society from TPTB.

Will see. My magic number is 10,000 hours.

        Stefan marinov's classical physics series

Were you ever able to find the other volumes of the classical physics series besides 3? This is the only one that I have been able to find online.

        Thanks in Advance

Dr. Pappas says the same , he saw a yellow-white stain in the place where marinov jumped. Marinov was a professor at that university... I dont know if all this is true or not.
