Strange effects with crystal powercells.

I wanted to give everyone a heads up on a strange effect with the cells, so to document this effect I noticed the cell seem to be connected through the field surrounding the cells and this effect on the crystal power cell seems to have slightly charged a rechargeable battery I will try to confirm this but the cells are acting in tandem. the rechargeable leveled out at 8.45V it started at 7.2 volts and stopped climbing I was under a fluorescent tube light so maybe the crystal power cells received some type of burst of energy. but beside this fact I can sit the cells next to each other put an meter lead on each cell a read 0.5 Volts so something is happening.
