Well gentlemen, I think this is a fake.
In the first video, the item that looks like a big electrolytic cap is really hiding a battery. That extra "transistor" or whatever it is, basically just looks like some sort of plug for the battery (ie "electrolytic cap").
The second video basically demonstrates that it's a battery as he hooks it up to the motor. Notice how he shows a 1.5V battery and measures it's voltage but doesn't do anything with it.... he's saying "It's a battery! (ie the mysterious metallic can he connects up to his "generator")"
I wish some people would find better things to do with their time than make useless misinformation videos on such a serious topic.
Thanks Mark for posting yours, at least you told the truth without to long of a delay and it's good to keep us suspicious of claims without proof or that don't explains exactly what's going on.
