I have a really good friend who speaks fluent Russian and he knows of this device. He says it will provide 10 KW of electricity. Anyway, he says that there is enough information posted at the Russian site to replicate this device with no problems.

Hi Dave,

The Russian site is already translated into English. There are three replications of the Kapanadze shown there. Anyway, there is a lot of data there with regard to the replications. My contact is a full time physics, chemistry, and biology professor, so I don't want to burden him to much or I might lose him as a contact. If you had a specific question, that might be a better bet to ask him that. I have another contact who has built the Tiger device and says it works for him. He may share more information in time.

I am a little bit confused by your second schematics, and if you don't mind, can you clarify the following aspects of your circuit?
1) What is the source input at the left hand side written as "phase" and "theta" symbol ? Is it the AC 220V or is it a 12V battery?
2) Are there any reference about the winding and wire gauges of the toroidal transformer, the step=up transformer and the step-down transformer?
3) Is the inverter a conventional DC-AC inverter, or is it a special built one?
Sorry for bothering you with all these questions, but I want to help replicate this good idea of yours, that is why I am asking questions.

The high power high frequency spurious signals you are generating are hazardous to health so be careful!. 1. AC 220V

Instead of answering questions 2 and 3 i made much simpler test and with twice better result by conducting current through primary of just one toroid (2 x 12...50 VA) and using secondary to light led torch (fully brightness)

Here is the picture of it, that i just made.

So we have 10 % of efficiency like that because if i have to light two 11 W or two 15 W bulbs through primary to get from the secondary enough current to fully light 3 W led torch it is around 10 percent i guess of efficiency.

That means i am not showing anything special, i am just demonstrating (as i already wrote) working principle of using "collateral damage" of conducting current through primary of the transformer and using that "collateral damage" for lighting led torch. Why led torch? Because there is not enough current to light cfl, at least not cfl which needs more than 11 W to light.

But what i tried to achieve with my experiment is to motivate people who are good in theory to help us calculating how should we construct or even what kind of already made transformer we should buy to be able to use same principle and pull out from that "collateral damage" much, much more (as that russian Alexander) current and much, much better efficiency (over 90 %, or even OU).

Now, i hope you all understand the whole point of my experiment.

I hope Duncan is one of those who knows how to achieve OU using this principle, but i am not sure that he is going to answer my question because he is man of principle, i mean he does not want to talk about something that might be even just a little bit off topic, if i am wrong then i send big sorry to Duncan.

If i am not wrong than thanks to Duncan anyway and welcome someone else who knows the secrets that we are looking for.

So did you measure any input and output power in your circuits ?
Do you get more output power out, than you are putting in ?

Did you get any phase shift to 90 degrees in the input, so the input
power is just reactive ( blind reactive power only) when you draw
current at the output (active power) ?

How do you account for their vertical alignment?.

P.S: These are vertical leakage currents inside the CCD or CMOS elements...
nothing extraordinary, just comes from the internal structure of these

I have a friend who works in the photography equipment industry and is a very keen professional photographer and I showed him last night, some of the images supposedly containing strange phenomena and he just smiled and said " I thought you told me these pll are electronics wizards"

he basicly explaned that this only happens in CCD sensors but not CMOS sensors and he spoke about global shutters and their failures!

He said that when you get purple beams with wavy lines it is called "Dark smear"

If your smiling friend could compile the Fourier compilation that would be useful! While filming the effect, barrel roll the camera. This will put the CCD in a different orientation and the rolling shutter follows that orientation. If the laser line in the recording stays vertical, then it is not the shutter or smear causing the effect.
