I had a dream .......... thermolysis
You can have both gas HHO as water vapor you can produce.
The superheated steam with a torch of HHO is the solution. It is called Thermolysis.
The water heated to more than 2500 ºC breaks their links and it is converted to hydrogen and oxygen atoms.
