Some parts of the generator are casted peaces from molds we made, it will be in the update.
The blades are from a Quadrocopter (a spare set = 4 blades for $20,- a set)

has anyone replicated one of these generators?

i am interested in building one of these as a wind turbine and it looks like it might work better than the larger scale "other power" home brew turbines.

also wonder how one of these would work being run by a 1/2-1 hp motor driven by a variable frequency driver.
or possibly a small lawnmower sized engine?

any guesses on what size generator would be possible on a $750 budget?

any feedback is appreciated.

Do’s anyone who bought the DVD build a generator already?

You can build a big generator for $750,-
2/3 of the cost of the generator are the magnets.

The biggest generator I build till now cost me $300,- and lights 300watts light bulb easily!
It depends how fast you spin the generator.

I've been having a look trying to find something a bit tougher, but it's difficult. It's easy to find 70 and below.

I bought the plans for a Pedal Powered Generator from David Butcher: Pedal Powered Generator - DIY Plans some time ago. I'd like to basically team up the idea but use a custom generator instead of a store bought one.

Also maybe do something a bit smaller to put under a desk to directly run a laptop - it could also do double duty as a hand cranked version. E.g: Human Power Generator -- Generate electricity yourself
Not exactly what I'm planning but you get the idea.

I saw the links, 65W and 110W?? You get much more out of it whit the Energy Creator coil. Lol

If you make the wheel say, 5 inch thick and place there the magnets, and around that the coil!

You will be king of the Pedal Powered Generator!!!

You spoke of high efficiency. How high is the COP. is the concept limited to permanent magnets or you can use field electromagnets? does the concept allow for use of regular prime mover (diesel) or you need very high frequency?

The longest performed test under load is just a few hours in the lathe, they didn’t get that warm to use the heat of it, Maybe they have to turn longer?
I am looking for a good motor I can use to make a test bench so I can run them for days.
the micro generator windmill worked for months until the ferry cheap blade broke, it was a little to cheap I think.
But the little generator charged my battery’s just perfectly and is waiting for a other blade.
And still have to build the windmills for the bigger generators, that’s why the webcam on my site is still not working, not much to look at, at the moment.
How big you can make the coil? I really don’t know!
But I keep building my generators, and keep making YouTube movies of it.
You ask you question in 1 year of now and I can properly give you a lot more answers.
