  • @Brian, know any place for cheap copper wire.

The prices below are from wires.co.uk, for the same size and weight as shown in the DVD.

For the water cooled generator (gen 3) it would cost: £49.32 [€59.18]
For the micro generator, it would cost: £54.00 [€64.80]

I've done a cost up of all the other materials, I could get enough materials, to build a few dozen of each. But the copper cost would be a very big issue.

    • Copper wire
      Hello Savvypro

I bought the wire by www.rs-online.com but they are expensive

Here are some addresses for copper wire
Enamelled Magnet Wire - 1KG Spools - Brocott UK

1KG ENAMELLED COPPER WINDING WIRE MAGNET WIRE 0.25mm items in Brocotts store on eBay!

this one is cheaper, they sell it by the Kg
Scientific Wire Company Enamelled Copper Wire

here in the Netherlands we have Wikkelmateriaal.nl - De website voor de wikkelsector but they sell spindels of 20kg
so I got to re wind it, but € 8,88 for a kg is better then € 15,- for ½ kg by rs-online.com

this is from Wikkelmateriaal.nl - De website voor de wikkelsector
MAGNETEMP CA-200 G2 - 1,00 MM HASPEL DIN 250 – Vulgewicht van de haspels is circa 20 kg
Prijs € 8,88 netto per kg (dagprijs)
They look what the copper prise if of the moment.( day prise)

      Find yourself such a company.

      Good luck and Cheers

The Scientific Wire one is similar to the one you mentioned as selling based on the day price.
I'll see if I can sign up with them.

Are the copper diameter sizes in the DVD the ideal ones?

yes, But 27swg / 0,4mm is the smallest I use now.
Even in the small micro generators who come in the update I use 27swg and 25swg
And the bigger generators I try to use a bigger wire for more amps.
I work with all kind of sizes, but not smaller then 27swg / 0,4mm.

          Cheers

          • Hi Brian,
I do not know the details of the generator yet but I will like to ask, can an alternator be reconstructed to achieve the same effect?

              hello Yaro,

I don’t know how a alternator works exactly?
But I don’t think there is a big different if the rotor haze permanent magnets or the rotor haze a electromagnet?
Think with niobium magnets it’s easier to build?
I really don’t know, you have to try it.

              Cheers

              • I think the draw back to reconstructing a standard alternator may be the stator core configuration. The stator core has been configured to accept a doughnut shaped coil.

                  • Oscillator with interrupted signal

Do you know any schematic for oscillator with interrupted signal ? Like the one I have built in the past with two NE555 chips when one is for example 30-50Kh carrier and second is switching /resseting the first one output with lower frequency (kind of circuit used in old times in Lawton HHO device). However while carrier wave can have variable duty cycle I need the interrupting signal perfectly 50% duty cycle so frequency would be stable.
I need it to drive flyback on ferrite core so carrier would be synchronized to resonant frequency of core ,while interrupting signal would turn flyback output on/off.
I only need some schematic or link which chip I can use to make it simple (KISS method ).

                    • finely the downloads work again!

There were some problems whit it

                      Hello Boguslaw

Sorry I don’t have schematic for oscillator with interrupted signal.
Maybe some one on the forum haze?

                      Cheers

                        • If hes tired of being lied too by the energy cartels and people suffering then the whole nomenclature should have been revealed.
His hand is still moving slightly which keeps it unbalanced. You could possibly set it up mechanically to keep the unbalance, but the question is how much load or torque can be put on it to do real work.

Yes try this circuit. It is my version of the Lawton circuit. It consists to two independent oscillators. One provides the carrier frequency and the other determines the rate which the carrier frequency is chopped up. Also the pulse width of the chopped frequency is adjustable. All these adjustments can be made without any interacting with each other.

By the way this is not a “theoretical design exercise” I have actually bread boarded it and it does work.

                            • tanks bri!

I just recieved your dvd in the mail yesterday and must say that i was very impressed. In my opinion, worth every cent and then some. starting a build this week with a couple of friends. Just wanted to tell you thanks for putting out a great product and simplifying the process so that almost anyone could do this! well done!
