I do know of people who have regularly exposed themselves to these devices for years, with no noticeable adverse effects.

As for M.Browns post; I know of at least 1 medicine, which I personally believe is very beneficial, which, when you first start taking it, causes insomnia, vivid dreams; this is because it 'resets' the brain chemicals (endorphins) which are MADE while we sleep, and also effect our sleep, like Dopamine and Serratonin. However, after taking Low Dose Naltrexone (the med. I am talking about) for a week or 2, your body 'adjusts', and most people then report BETTER sleep. So, all I'm saying is this COULD be what you experienced, and (perhaps) for a similar reason.i.e. perhaps the negative energy effects you were experimenting with were also effecting your brain chemicals, maybe even in a positive way, and if you had continued, the disturbed sleep and vivid dreams would have abated.
Course, that might tend towards supporting the concern of the 'author' of this thread; IF high frequency, or negative frequency is effecting brain chemical production, thats a major effect! Is it positive or negative, this/these effects? Well, we COULD do like big pharm does when they market say, an anti-depressent; expose about 100 million people, (otherwise known as the 'final stage of drug testing" e.g. "marketing", and see what happens.
Seriously, not sure how you could scientifically ruel out the possibility of damage, conclusively. And, it could even be that it may have some beneficial effects. Or, for some people its beneficial, for others, not. Pinning it down, CONCLUSIVELY, or 'legally' would be like trying to prove that a specific person got cancer because they smoked cigarettes. Still, a valid concern to consider, and if YOU want to, its certainly a valid area to explore/experiment/research.Jim
I wasn't taking any meds, other than the odd beer.

The effect was repeatable although my wife did not notice any effect on her. The vivid dreams were sometimes disturbing but I learned how to consciously effect them during sleep changing the subject to be more pleasant. I would like to research this subject more but the problem is most of the time you don't remember a dream. The ones where I remember changing the dream were ones I woke up in the middle of, I may have changed many more but don't remember it. These dreams tend to be the ones you wake up in the middle of but when you go back to sleep the dream continues or the type where you fight to wake up only to find you are still asleep.

The wife is quite good at getting endorphins or adrenalin going depending what mood she is in

It looks like harnessing energy from ether using Smith or Kapanadze methods could render us sick like Marie Curie.

By the way... does anyone have a Geiger–Müller counter to check for radiations while running a HV/HF device?

Sadly, I have to consider that even Tesla didn't know he was playing with fire when he was building his wireless tower.
I do have a GM counter, but, you might be looking at a wrong thing though. Alpha/Beta/Gamma/X-rays are high energy particles which cause ionizing radiation.

Here we are talking about much lower rates of vibration with ELF to RF and MW, although these could also be causing some kind of ionizing effects for all we know.

Unfortunately, as I noted earlier, we do not have instruments to measure living cells because our current science is obsessed with death, and so they can only perform measurements on dead things.
Are the ravings of a lunatic signs of a genius?

Other than scalar waves it seems everyone is ignoring that any device we might end up with that can generate 'free energy' could/would be housed in either a Faraday cage, a lead box, metal box or concrete that would thoroughly shield against any type of radiation. Assuming a device occupied a 2 foot by 2 foot by 2 foot cube one could have several feet thick of concrete on all sides for less than a 100 dollars. Special designs would allow for a flow of air if needed while still blocking any radiation.

Having said that it seems this thread has an intention to stifle free energy research. It would also seem we are putting the cart before the horse to quote an old cliché. Once we get a good free energy device I'm sure the effort to make it safe will get a huge push. I'm also sure anything that comes along is going the be safer than Uranium powered nuclear devices.

that would be awesome in a car.

that is a very narrow vision opinion coming from a concrete cube. people that are into FE research are not so easy discouraged, because they have not the mind of a 2yo kid.

here's another opinion, more constructive: what if this topic is a warning for FE researchers so they protect themselves when doing tests? we don't want anything bad happen to them, such as losing vision, develop cancer, get sterile, start glowing like a xmas tree ) and so on. we want them alive and well so maybe one day we power our houses and cars with a safe, clean, free energy.

in your opinion it's better not asking questions so they discover the FE device while getting leukemia, and only then figure out what to do...
