Yes, I believe it to be true. I have been researching and testing motors to make a Lockridge type device. The truth is it is difficult with modern motors that are not designed to use high voltage, high frequency oscillations.

A "gyroscope" motor could easily be made to run with the circuit I posted here http://www.energeticforum.com/renewa...tml#post175898 Notice how the power in the oscillation is higher than the pulse, The current remains the same which is what we normally use so we don't get a gain, we need to design motors to take advantage of these gains and we will have all the energy we need.

A Bedini SSG could easily be modified to run in this way.
