YouTube complaint about my first video

Hello, my first video was stopped by YouTube because I was supposed to inflict copyright issues. I have an open dispute with them about that and asked my source if that is justified and got confirmation that that is not the case. However to show the video I was forced to remove the background sound. I hope my other videos stay online. A huge amount of work and upload time. It takes for the HD video about 4 hours upload time and it is already compressed to MPEG4. The posted video is online. Let me know when you encounter problems.
