With such speed you could "crank" some greens in a juicer and make healthy drink too. Much better idea than wasting money on treadmill.

Now that is a back up mill and juicer! we can gear it down for cold press, Mart makes some good juice/smoothies too Thanks man you know none of us could do with out our juicer/mill, this makes perfect sense to have as back up Bro

What amazes me is that I could put even a smaller wheel on back as I am in highest gear on the bike.

Too bad the SSG does not have torque :-)

You know...

You got me thinking, what about a hydrolic pump? Would make an interesting juicer with crushing force.

You know...

But window motor does making juice and charging battery at the same time but wait a minute..what about the excercise??
