  • lenz law & speed/time

I do not have any measurements to try to explain the following:
We know the force introduced when a magnet passes a loaded coil, as lenz law. It is a fact that is measurable, but what happens to time inside an electromagnetic field?.
What if you look at a magnet passing a loaded coil as an "event", an oblong bubble of magnetic flux covering the coil as it passes by.
Now inside the "event" with respect to Gauss and coil/load parameters, what if the force is time being altered?. So in the "event" time slows down or speeds up and this is the force we feel?
We interpret gravity as a force, but is it? is it an alteration of time/Gauss in relation to speed and mass?
Maybe it could be visualized as gravity being time motion in magnetic flux, when someone falls off a ladder they hit the ground, if we take the ground away as they fall, they keep falling (taking mass into consideration).
Is it the magnetism at the center of the earth that's creating a distortion in time...and the falling person, is falling into an altered time state.
Does any of this hypothesis sound remotely logical?
    cheers

    Hi Electr0n
Yes it does sound logical. In fact I have often wondered if that was the case. There are many things in the universe that we see and can only explain with our limited abilities.
A prehistoric man sees a volcano he thinks it is a god.

A man from the middle ages sees a woman heal someone else with herbs and he thinks she is a witch.

We see a magnet pass over a coil and see electricty. Perhaps electricty is something else all together and we are only using it for power.

    Smile it doesn't hurt!

      Thanks Bizzy for your insight
I guess a possible experiment could be synchronizing two atomic clocks, and encapsulate one in a subtle electromagnetic field for a calculated duration.
If time deviates in the magnetic field, the clock would indicate not only the timeshift but also the direction of the shift.
