Just when we start getting into a good, POSSIBLY productive conversation, about HOW this technology works, and how it could be used to build something that MIGHT work, we get jerked off coarse, and back into a BS discussion, and ultimately p*ssing contest, between 2 *ssholes who will continue to insult each other, NEVER persuade the other one that they are 'right', and for what????

As the 2 main protagonists in this little drama kept accusing each other of isults, while insisting THEY weren't insulting anyone, and, to mymind niether was doing more than, perhaps, using derogatory terms, I thought I'd make a clear example of the difference; "Treehugger" is derogatory, *sshole is an insult.

Well, for me is any form of debasing a form of insult, no matter what the word is.
But i actually only report Spammer and heavy disturber. And they appear any time when a Topic is here, where someone is on something. The best thing you can do is to use this red button, to avoide further useless and fruitless Discussions, but its not for send someone into her corner, but to remove them completely.
I blame the Peoples what did set up this System for the behave of Peoples, they educated them well for her Purpose and formed her public Opinions that they serve them.
This kind of Disruptors are anywhere, in a lot of Topics, but when they think, they wanna express her Opinions, then they can do that at an other Place, another Forum. But its even more worse, that there are Writers, what intentionally interrupt Topics, and its not that you will sit that out, because they will stay like .. well, longer as most others, when you let them go on.
The easiest way there is indeed report them at her first attempt.


Just another Example from Technology supression, i read lately about the Elsbett motor, a engine what use cold air in the chamber beside the normal Gas. The engine needs lesser Fuel and has more Power. They won a Race with this Engine, the news simple did ignore them, and not even show them as Winner in the list, and that was even our common automobile club.
This is not even a big breakthrough at something, only a Improvement. Beside that now a few other Companys try to build similar Principles, but, of course, try to let Peoples pay for any step in the developing this 'complicated Principle'.
But its nothing where you can win a War with it, its simple something to save Resources and make a efficiency engine, but even that is restricted like much more too because of the greed and 'national Security Reasons' from certain Groups. Thats just like, let the Fools bleed for her stupidity.
For me, the Guys what think, they need to win a War are not much better as the one what build the Bombs, because they destroy this Planet too by supporting further exploitation and destroying the Resources.

But, like a 'regular' Chiropractor, its only a 'treatment', not a cure, and you have to keep going back for 'adjustments'; I go every couple of weeks, and gotta admit, I'm 'Overdue'!

How about 'ageeing to disagree', and 'moving on'? ANd, once again, how about focusing on the subject of alternate technologies, and not getting all caught up in whether there is or isn't a conspiracy to supress technologies, and whether this is or isn't a good thing?

The last 4 or 5 posts, including mine, haven't doone a THING towards moving anyone closer to developing Thorium as a battery, or source of energy, or ANYTHING. So, our 'Patriot' has made it clear. HE thinks there are technologies that SHOULD be suppressed by the Gov't, either because they would be 'unsafe' in the 'hands' of the 'masses', or because they 'need' to be 'reserved' for the military. To me, agree or disagree, thats a perfectly valid position, or opinion, and he IS entitled to it. And others disagree, and they have expressed that, and they are 'entitled' to THEIR opinion, as well.
So, FINE! Now, lets MOVE on, and TALK about this technology, is it safe, how CAN it be done safely, what are related technologies, etc.

Anyway, I have enough other simple, promising technologies to explore. I WOULD be interested in trying to learn more about this one, but am tired of the (to me) silliness and distractions. Jim

Very well said! Let's focus on the damn battery and stop responding to unrelated opinions about patriotism, public domain, etc. Patriot does have a right to profess his personal opinion, he did and so did Jim so let's push forward.

I think Dave's idea is worth exploring. Theoretically it would work. Dave what isotope are you suggesting and can you get more specific? I have access to a university science lab on weekends and I am willing to expend a few hours to give it a try. What part of the country are you in? Maybe we can meet up and work together on this?

The project Im working on could very well be enhanced with a radioactive isotope, but I will try it without it first.

I just went over your drawings and I think if you add the Thorium 232 isotope, you may very well have a much simpler battery than Aries DeGeus. It will be curious to see what amps and voltage you can pump out. According to witnesses, Petronov's battery was bigger than a shoebox but smaller than a briefcase and powered a 2 bedroom home full of appliances. My brother the lawyer (he claims to know everything of course) also tells me that the National Security Act and Patriot Act alos has provisions that allow both the Department of Homeland Security and Department of Defense the right to seal or remove high-tech or disruptive technology patents from public files if they "pose an imminent threat to public safety". Yes, back to the drawing board. Dave45 has a good handle on it I think. Look at his drawings on page two (post #50) at this link - http://www.energeticforum.com/renewa...tml#post188606 The key I believe is to experiment with different isotopes for maximum yield and then add a converter/regulator to make the output useful. How are you coming along Dave?
