I just watched this fascinating documentary about Tesla and more importantly what the U.S. government has been secretly doing with his plasma energy theories for years - developing portable plasma power plants, plasma batteries, and the now, and the now well-known radio-wave weapon system in Alaska known as HAARP. So I guess we are the last to know about nuclear plasma energy batteries. Take note that this incredible movie was just made last year!

I also noticed that the link at Gizmodo.com about Panasonic developing a new sealed cell phone that never needs charging is now "No longer available". The rumors are that Panasonic's push into the mobile phone market will be a version of this phone with a plasma battery as we have been discussing. I saved this photo from the gizmodo.com link since I was looking into buying the cool new phone.

This now makes 32 non-forum links related to the plasma battery including the seven links once posted at July Homepage | OSTI, Office of Scientific and Technical Information, USDOE and the the three 2009 NASA links that have been magically deleted from the Internet. Clearly Uncle Sam wants us all to just forget about this awesome plasma energy technology. A thousand government hackers will not ever delete my memory about this nifty technology.

I also read the following in the June edition of the Air Force aerospace technology newsletter my father still gets (retired colonel once stationed at Vandenberg AFB) which really removes all doubts for me...

"Air force officials would not comment on the new plasma propulsion system being developed for the X-37 C model due to security restrictions imposed on all DARPA projects."

The fact that this x-37 project was switched from NASA to DARPA funding also suggests it is clearly being used to weaponize space and my guess is that it being used as an ASAT weapon - targeting Russian and Chinese satellites that could be instantly blinded with radiation (neutron beams) from a 100% robotic space version of the Predator. Using a plasma energy battery instead of fragile solar panels could keep the new X-37 in permanent orbit patrol. Here is more info on the X-37

I have done a complete 360 on my thinking about this plasma battery technology, especially after reading the above post and then finding this unbelievable link which explains the internet censorship on the "official story" of this break through tech.

Relax! While the Bush admin may have pulled off the crime of the century, regime secrecy and suppression are never as successful as their authoritarian command. The US military industrial complex couldn't even keep it's nuclear weapons plans secret for long. If thorium were suppressed, I wouldn't have heard about it nor would there be so many current projects underway, in spite of the so-called 'disadvantages' of the technology.

When I started this thread over a year ago, I expected to be ridiculed by some but I knew the bulk of you would be objective and listen. Thanks. Here is what I just learned through a very good friend of my father's who retired from the ONR (Office of Naval Research) lab about six months ago. America will never need to build another aircraft carrier. Why? See below:

The new generation of X-37, X-45, X-47, X-57, and X-67 space and aircraft all use the Thorium plasma battery and the X-67 uses no jet nor internal combustion engines but rather "plasma magnetics propulsion". I don't want to say how this technology was acquired or I will be labeled a loon for sure. But the X-67 has unlimited range and endurance - similar to but better than the X-37 but for different reasons you can figure out on your own. Imagine a fighter/bomber drone that orbits in space until needed to descend upon it's victim at a moment's notice. These babies can loiter endlessly over "hostile" nations and within 3 minutes notice, unleash massive destruction on any foe.

The point is that in very recent years, over 3,000 people have been reporting UFO sightings of crafts that are "diamond" or "triangle shaped" in over 2 dozen locations around the world. Look at the X47 above. Now do you understand why the government always claims UFO sightings to just be a "hoax". And if they do not say it officially, a team of disinformation specialists will do it anonymusly in public forums - just like this one. Sometimes national security is really that critical and sometimes disclosure cannot be stopped. See this link for an example and notice that some of these photos are frpom 2001-2011.

Similarly, the Navy has developed "Seeker/Follower" Mark 48 nuclear torpedoes also powered with Thorium Plasma Batteries that will seek out and follow any enemy ship or submarine automatically for months at a time awaiting an activation signal to attack and destroy. They are undetectable by sonar since they follow in the wake area of a ship or turbulence cone of a submarine mimicking the same identical "noise" (audio profile) of the target ship so their presence is completely masked. Surely, the government will also claim this is a hoax as well, even though scuba divers in Puerto Rico have seen them being tested near Vieques Island where the now Defunct Roosevelt Roads Navy Base remains. Why are 200+ U.S. Naval personnel still stationed there? Guess. Rumor has it that the new Torpedo can be launched by aircraft (Like the P3 Orion) or by submarine and surface vessels. The new torpedo is made by Raytheon and is called the "Fish Hawk" at present. Why we await a war that hopefully never comes, Mother Nature remains the ultimate victim of technology suppression.

Since I have nothing further to add to this topic, I will now crawl back into my hole and research other "mysteries" that are anything but. Ciao!

What is interesting about the above link is the date (2009) which jives with the 2006 debut of the Thorium plasma battery. What people don't seem to realize is this is a 3rd generation device that evolved from the original RPG into something much better, safer, and far more energy efficient.

I also found a similar link making reference to the new Fish Hawk torpedo kit but that link is broken. But to clarify, the Raytheon Fish Hawk is just a kit to make the stealth nuclear hunter/follower torpedo launchable from an aircraft as explained here... Raytheon Missile Systems Fish Hawk in p-8i.... the only one of its kind.

I saw mention of my thorium work from the 90's in this Forum. Also some discussion about some psionic technology (another subject in a different section of the Forum).

For the most part, I agree with the people who have noticed that when there is a key breakthrough being discussed in the threads, some distraction appears. Lots of reasons for that.

I have also personally experienced the US patent confiscation phenomenon in the early 70's. Pretty crappy that such can be done. I won't do a US patent EVER for those reasons FIRST. Patent elsewhere, there are like 201 places one can do that, and patent in the US LAST. If they want to confiscate in the US so what then.

Folks have said I see in this thread, use other items, play around with gamma rays on the table top, explore fusion, fission or whatever. Kinda nuts to do any of that without the proper monitors, safety and shielding. One can rent facilities in a University with a proper program and Lead Principle Scientist willing to work with one. It can be done, and one would establish credibility of the data can be peer reviewed and tested, documented. Be ware of any Patent surrender documents they most likely will make you sign.

SO does thorium technology work. Yes.

What the US government and all the rest of the spooks are not wanting you to realize is the NEUTRON GENERATOR, which is the key to any FREE ENERGY project. That is not rocket science, and it is published public domain information.

The US government has a program called DENIAL OF EXPORT, or conducting a DEEMED EXPORT. Eh? You mean UPS can't ship my computer to Canada without proper paperwork? It's more than that guys.

When on these Forums people make a presentation of something key, there is a new policy being enforced by the Bureau of Industrial Security - see BIS Redesign This is one spooky place out of 3 that the US Government uses to restrict ANY technology export.

A technology export can consist of public posting of a restricted technology to any foreign national. That can happen in a paper, in a forum posting, in a PRIVATE discussion to a foreign national in a PRIVATE meeting, where the technology has not FIRST been cleared by the US Government agencies.

They use these EXPORT RULES as the current method of restricting and busting people for disclosing to a foreign national ANYTHING Nuclear, anything that can be a weapons system or navigation system, or improvement which will give "the Enemy" any edge financially, militarily or politically.

I bring this up as I was over on the Arabian Peninsula recently, invited there by a Foreign National to meet them and see if I was interested in "helping them" with numerous projects. In reality when I got there I found out it was to be lured into presenting technologies such as unique building techniques (which could end up being used on missile housings or nozzles), on "free energy technology" (such as the thorium technologies), and unique methods to defeat "stealth aircraft". Spooky really.

Luckily I was familiar with the BIS and the Export Laws and I pointed out to my "Arabian Friends" as they liked to be called, that it would be impossible to discuss with them one IOTA of what they want to know about without the proper LICENSES in place from the US Government. Well that went over like a lead balloon I managed to get back to the US safely, but they sent me a ONE WAY FIRST CLASS ticket back ! Now wonder what all that was about..

I was told by one of them, you know, you can so easily just renounce your US Citizenship and have NO CITIZENSHIP and have this super passport and not worry about having to report technology inquires..

SO imagine, folks on the Arabian Peninsula asking about FREE ENERGY when their interests have demonstrated OIL was the mindset.

There have been article postings about the Energy Inventors mysteriously dying, being poisoned, disappearing, or attacked. It does happen. I met Eugene Malov personally and had some time to discuss with him what was up before he was killed. His big thing was the rotating water under extreme pressure excess energy creation. Folks jumped into that and said it was rotating torsion fields (which it was clearly NOT that), but that was the spin put on it again to distract folks to get off into some side-tracking disinformation.

Back to the thorium battery. That which "they" don't want you to ever know about, nor think about, nor experiment with is any cheap low cost source of neutrons. That is the key to ALL of these systems, all of these batteries, all of the fusion and fission systems, and of course all of the pieces of "majik" ever talked about dealing with transmutation.

I mentioned in my article way back in the 90's that neutrons can be created low cost easily, switched on and off. And cost effectively. When that is done 60X energy output is the theoretical max that is available from using thorium.

The gig to put thorium in a plasma is really not needed, all that is a distraction, get your neutron generator going. Scintillation methods and shielding systems around the detector can tailor your monitor to pick up gamma and neutrons.

Of course the fear that the powers that be really dont want to talk about is in weapons development dual use issues, because low cost neutron generators can be applied to uranium dirty elements.

IN the course of experiments back in the 90's, I had the opportunity to explore some really unique energy storage (and release systems), these being called nuclear isomers. A stable nuclear isomer which can be triggered to release all its stored energy is horrendous. As a power source its unbelievable how much energy is present - compared to a thermonuclear weapon of multiple kilotons a device based on isomers can be the size of a 3/4 inch ring of samarium. Scares the bejezus out of the spooks.

These Isomer devices are accidentally stumbled upon when an accident occurs when a "free energy" experimenter has a problem when his device mysteriously catastrophically fails. I had a few of those in the early days when charging up systems and had spontaneous un-explained (at the time) discharges. During those discharges one see phenomenal amounts of over unity energy. So there is another hint to go exploring in the science behind ISOMER PRODUCTION, NUCLEAR.

There you go.

I'm still active but not public. I have constant stalker threats, stalkers taken away in cuffs (to simply be let off by sympathetic on the take legal types), had death threats and have reported to the FBI, Federal Trade Commission (Identity theft), local police, Attorney General's offices. They don't care, they would rather not be bothered, complaining about no funds to pay their officers.

I may get more active in Forums again. A lot of research has happened since the 90s and it may or may not be published. Looking at Open Source on a lot of this.
