I saw mention of my thorium work from the 90's in this Forum. Also some discussion about some psionic technology (another subject in a different section of the Forum).

For the most part, I agree with the people who have noticed that when there is a key breakthrough being discussed in the threads, some distraction appears. Lots of reasons for that.

I have also personally experienced the US patent confiscation phenomenon in the early 70's. Pretty crappy that such can be done. I won't do a US patent EVER for those reasons FIRST. Patent elsewhere, there are like 201 places one can do that, and patent in the US LAST. If they want to confiscate in the US so what then.

Folks have said I see in this thread, use other items, play around with gamma rays on the table top, explore fusion, fission or whatever. Kinda nuts to do any of that without the proper monitors, safety and shielding. One can rent facilities in a University with a proper program and Lead Principle Scientist willing to work with one. It can be done, and one would establish credibility of the data can be peer reviewed and tested, documented. Be ware of any Patent surrender documents they most likely will make you sign.

What the US government and all the rest of the spooks are not wanting you to realize is the NEUTRON GENERATOR, which is the key to any FREE ENERGY project. That is not rocket science, and it is published public domain information.

The US government has a program called DENIAL OF EXPORT, or conducting a DEEMED EXPORT. Eh? You mean UPS can't ship my computer to Canada without proper paperwork? It's more than that guys.

When on these Forums people make a presentation of something key, there is a new policy being enforced by the Bureau of Industrial Security - see BIS Redesign This is one spooky place out of 3 that the US Government uses to restrict ANY technology export.

A technology export can consist of public posting of a restricted technology to any foreign national. That can happen in a paper, in a forum posting, in a PRIVATE discussion to a foreign national in a PRIVATE meeting, where the technology has not FIRST been cleared by the US Government agencies.

They use these EXPORT RULES as the current method of restricting and busting people for disclosing to a foreign national ANYTHING Nuclear, anything that can be a weapons system or navigation system, or improvement which will give "the Enemy" any edge financially, militarily or politically.

I bring this up as I was over on the Arabian Peninsula recently, invited there by a Foreign National to meet them and see if I was interested in "helping them" with numerous projects. In reality when I got there I found out it was to be lured into presenting technologies such as unique building techniques (which could end up being used on missile housings or nozzles), on "free energy technology" (such as the thorium technologies), and unique methods to defeat "stealth aircraft". Spooky really.

Luckily I was familiar with the BIS and the Export Laws and I pointed out to my "Arabian Friends" as they liked to be called, that it would be impossible to discuss with them one IOTA of what they want to know about without the proper LICENSES in place from the US Government. Well that went over like a lead balloon I managed to get back to the US safely, but they sent me a ONE WAY FIRST CLASS ticket back ! Now wonder what all that was about..

I was told by one of them, you know, you can so easily just renounce your US Citizenship and have NO CITIZENSHIP and have this super passport and not worry about having to report technology inquires..

SO imagine, folks on the Arabian Peninsula asking about FREE ENERGY when their interests have demonstrated OIL was the mindset.

There have been article postings about the Energy Inventors mysteriously dying, being poisoned, disappearing, or attacked. It does happen. I met Eugene Malov personally and had some time to discuss with him what was up before he was killed. His big thing was the rotating water under extreme pressure excess energy creation. Folks jumped into that and said it was rotating torsion fields (which it was clearly NOT that), but that was the spin put on it again to distract folks to get off into some side-tracking disinformation.

Back to the thorium battery. That which "they" don't want you to ever know about, nor think about, nor experiment with is any cheap low cost source of neutrons. That is the key to ALL of these systems, all of these batteries, all of the fusion and fission systems, and of course all of the pieces of "majik" ever talked about dealing with transmutation.

I mentioned in my article way back in the 90's that neutrons can be created low cost easily, switched on and off. And cost effectively. When that is done 60X energy output is the theoretical max that is available from using thorium.

The gig to put thorium in a plasma is really not needed, all that is a distraction, get your neutron generator going. Scintillation methods and shielding systems around the detector can tailor your monitor to pick up gamma and neutrons.

Of course the fear that the powers that be really dont want to talk about is in weapons development dual use issues, because low cost neutron generators can be applied to uranium dirty elements.

IN the course of experiments back in the 90's, I had the opportunity to explore some really unique energy storage (and release systems), these being called nuclear isomers. A stable nuclear isomer which can be triggered to release all its stored energy is horrendous. As a power source its unbelievable how much energy is present - compared to a thermonuclear weapon of multiple kilotons a device based on isomers can be the size of a 3/4 inch ring of samarium. Scares the bejezus out of the spooks.

These Isomer devices are accidentally stumbled upon when an accident occurs when a "free energy" experimenter has a problem when his device mysteriously catastrophically fails. I had a few of those in the early days when charging up systems and had spontaneous un-explained (at the time) discharges. During those discharges one see phenomenal amounts of over unity energy. So there is another hint to go exploring in the science behind ISOMER PRODUCTION, NUCLEAR.

There you go.

I'm still active but not public. I have constant stalker threats, stalkers taken away in cuffs (to simply be let off by sympathetic on the take legal types), had death threats and have reported to the FBI, Federal Trade Commission (Identity theft), local police, Attorney General's offices. They don't care, they would rather not be bothered, complaining about no funds to pay their officers.

I may get more active in Forums again. A lot of research has happened since the 90s and it may or may not be published. Looking at Open Source on a lot of this.

A few observations

Suppression: It has always been exercised and will always be exercised whether by government or private enterprise via trade secrets. It is legal. If you don't like it, get the law changed.

Patents: The value of a patent is that amount of money you have to defend the patent. People with more money than you can start producing your patented device and use the procedes to tie you up in patent court for years upon years while all the while making a profit from your work. If you don't have a business plan and investors already lined up to hit the ground running, don't file a patent. Even after that, if the profit is great enough you will run into the same problem. Also be aware that there are several countries in the world that have no patent treaty with the U.S. so your rights do not apply in their country. China is one. Also note that the formula for Coca Cola (often cited) is not patented. You can't keep it secret if you patent it.

Secrets: If you have a secret that might get you killed, publish it in its entirety so that it is no longer secret. That negates any benefit derived from killing you. Otherwise, you are just increasing the odds that someone will come after you.

Greed: One might say that those who get murdered for holding a secret to energy technologies are the greedy ones. It is their greed that is getting them killed. See patents and secrets, above. Should they be monetarily rewarded for their work? Sure. They just need to shut up until they can secure themselves from attack because if it is a world changing technology there is definitely danger in upsetting the status quo. Along the same lines, the people that sold the 100MPG technologies to auto companies that buried their technology might be the greedy ones. If you want to "unbury" one of those technologies go to work for an auto company. You won't change it from the outside. We don't live in Disneyland.

National security: It is real. Most of the world wants America destroyed. I have studied Tesla's work for a few years now and always run into the suppression stories on his work. To understand it you have to understand the historical context. At the time radio was new and it was obvious that secure communication to the battle field was of great value as it has always been and will always be. Even the Romans used encrypted communications. When talking of his transmissions he made the statement that his transmission could be made "as private as a thought". This was during or just after WW I but before WWII. Note also that he was talking about world wide communications. So if an enemy could have communications as private as a thought there would be no way to determine the content of the messages. That is a national security threat in time of war. Also keep in mind that even before WW I there was a war going on somewhere constantly. For those who say oil is the cause of war you have to think about wars before oil - say the wars of the Roman Empire or even earlier. Today oil is but a component of the reasons because since oil was developed it has enabled mechanized war. Mechanisation provides mobility and without mobility today's armies are useless. But the point is that mechanisation is at much at fault in today's wars as oil. So do you blame Catepillar bulldozers for war? Or blame ALCOA for making aluminum to enable the building of bombers?

Geopolitics: The above brings to light the geopolitical ramifications of inventions. Tesla's world wide power system would have made power available to all the populations of the world with less than 20 Wardenclyffe-like towers. Why would any other country want their population to become dependent on power supplied from another country? In that respect Tesla was naive. Also consider that the majority of the countries in the world then (and I think probably now) were run by dictators of one stripe or another. Why would they give up control of such a valuable resource in their own country? Dictatorial rule is based on control - control of resources and control of the population.

Thorium: It's not being suppressed. For God's sake, just do an internet search and you will find more info than you can possibly digest. There are lots of sites that state the pros and cons. There is even a test facility in Norway that is running a five year feasibility study on a running reactor and someone (I think it was India) is already using it.

Radioisotope batteries: They have been in development since 1950's and in use since the 1960's. The Voyager spacecraft are using them currently and teh Soviet Union used them to power lighthouses around the Arctic Circle since the 1970's. I don't think they use thorium but they are nuclear batteries all the same. Again, an internet search will yield lots of hits.

Economic feasibility: That's the one thing I don't see any discussion of here. If it costs $50,000 to get a machine to supply your home with power are you going to run out and get one? Are you going to maintain it and all of the electrical equipment to convert the power for use in your home? Also keep in mind that cost has nothing to do with selling price. Even if they are cheap to produce commercially do you think someone is going to sell you a device cheaper than what you are paying for power now? The current power providers are their competition and they will price their device accordingly. You can call it greed if you want to. But you can bet that if someone else will sell it cheaper, they will. Cost vs. selling price only determines profit margin and who in their right mind wants a lower profit margin?

Green energy: How green is it if you sell 50 million of them and they end up in landfills after five or ten years? Do you care if you can power your home for an average of $10.00 a month?

Oil: Give it a break. That is what got us to this point. First there was livestock. Then there was coal. In 1902 the great scientists of the day were concerned about "peak coal". Thomas Edison said not to worry about it because the forests of the Amazon could provide enough fuel for 50,000 years. It's an interesting article. Search this: "Philadelphia- North American May18, 1902 STARTLING PREDICTION OF THE WORLD'S GREATEST LIVING SCIENTIST IN AN ARTICLE WRITTEN FOR THE SUNDAY NORTH AMERICAN". You can also find it in Tesla Said by John Ratzlaff. One man got it right. He said that man's wit would solve the problem and so it did with oil. Now we have nuclear. You want something better? Go do it and stop wasting your time on conspiracy theories. That's not to say there aren't any conspiracies. It's just that you are in no position to do anything about them.

So here's the take away:
Suppression: If your project is good enough the MIB will be around. Either sell it to them or develop security beforehand.

Patents: Don't patent. Just do it. Sell a bazillion. If someone else patents it, stop. Take the money and go to the next project.

Secrets: If it is truly world changing the only protection you have is to fully publish the details where anyone can build it.

Geopolitics: Don't try to change the world. Most of the world won't have it and most rulers have access to hit men. Just publish it. If people in other countries can build it they will.

Thorium and, for that matter, any radio isotope battery: do the research. There are a lot of people far ahead of you.

Economic feasibility: You really can't know this ahead of time but you must always keep an eye on it while you are working toward your goal. It doesn't really matter much if you project is not affordable compared to whatever you are competing against.

Green energy: Is it? Really? Disposal?

Oil: Go buy yourself an oil well and post back here to tell us how cheap it is. Until then concentrate on the next fuel source. BTW, I always laugh when I hear the phrase "Big Oil". What, exactly, does "little oil" look like? Is there a cracking plant behind every convenience store?

PS: IMO, Snowden is neither a hero or a traitor. He's just a guy who saw something that a government organization was doing that is wrong and against the Constitution of the United States and he reported it. Will they arrest him? Yes. Will they kill him? Maybe. Like I said earlier, we don't live in Disneyland.

Some transformers have a very high conversion rates up around 98 percent, the way they are built they are a closed magnetic system, it would seem if the core under the coils were coated with thorium oxide the closed system would keep down radiation and possibly get above unity.

Even if it did radiate there are ways to shield the system, maybe we need to start mining our own thorium.
