    Hi,

I have been looking at it and have seen several videos on youtube about it.

It made sense to me after doing work on the Jean Pain experiment I was doing. Jean reported that he did not have to irrigate his crops as much because of using wood mulch for his plants.

I have not seen the link that you posted, but it all makes sense to me I have seen areas lush and green where there was a fense post that had been buried years ago.

    Have you done this?

    Thanks for posting that link.

You do not have to prove something for it to be true. However, you do have to prove something for others to believe it true.

I have only just put together a bed.
I cut up some Wandoo and Jarrah and added some wood chip mulch from the tree loppers. I then chucked on some well rotted horse poop and covered the lot with good Western Australian guttless sand.
I don't expect great results this summer but hopefully next season it may be starting to work a bit better.
