Ok, so this is a PRO VIDEO, I remembered seeing it.
I copied this video clip and uploaded it

Question would be, is the flow of oil in the alaska pipeline receiving dielectric capacitance by flowing in the earth magnetosphere, and thereby causing magnetization of the pipe itself.
at END OF VIDEO, the expert on the Oil pipeline said it would be impossible to weld and replace worn segments of the pipe without a counter-field in place during the welding.
Question is, is the flowing oil in the magnetosphere causing the pipe magnetization? It would seemingly HAVE TO BE the case, since such pipes of other varieties dont exhibit this.
Fascinating.
