I fully agree and yes 6 months ago he was very hesitant about posting on forums, particularly this one, for reasons of his own but when we did speak it was very hard to get him to shut up haha. Eric feels this foundation is in his publications and that all that is needed is an understanding. He told me that all that needs to be out there is already and that a free energy device can be very easily made or at the very least understood from the math he uses in Symbolic Representation of the Generalized Electric Wave. He cares that someone else is making money from his work. He hasn't made a dime from any publication he's made.

Eric Dollard's work

I hope he likes us trying to digitize his work and make it available to everyone. AFAIK, he has not officially abandoned his work, but it is known from the previous US copyright regime, which had a protection for 30 years which could be prolonged on requewst, that for over 95% of the works copyrights were not renewed after 30 years. So, you have a chance of about 90% he doesn't mind..

This is what I'm talking about - there are people that have had copyrighted
works - and copyright abandonment is a VERY difficult issue to wade through.
Anyway, people had copyrighted works, and these works were spread around
the internet. The owners of the copyrights were fully aware their copyrighted
works were being circulated. Those copyright owners neglected to ever
pursue the matter of asking people to remove those works. When they
tried to pursue the matter through the legal system, it was determined
that they abandoned the copyright since they knew their works were
being freely distributed and they neglected to enforce their copyright
and this was implied consent that they had given permission for those
works to be distributed by others.

Now I'm sure there are situations here and there where the decisions
on what is what can change.

I REALLY love the members of this forum that are so willing to support
others. Donations however are a hard way to make
progress because it is a hit and miss. Ash is maybe the ONLY one I know of
that has a successful non-profit that runs on donations, etc... in this
field that is.

If you have Eric's email and he has paypal, just send money, no fund
necessary - the quickest way is to simply send money
direct without anyone between and it would be directly supporting him
or send a check or money order directly to him if you have his address.

If he wants to generate a real monthly check from all his papers, I'm sure
I could help make that a reality for him.

Maybe that's the video. It was in the where is Eric Dollard thread and Eric expressly asked Peter where is a video they made together that is NOT anywhere in the public domain and Peter said he had it but has not released it. Maybe that one is it, though I already have it and I was thinking there was more out there I haven't seen that Peter had somewhere in his collection.

I already emailed Eric Dollard to ask if this was all cool with him.
He has yet to respond and maybe won't. Perhaps he has abandoned
all these works to the public domain, which automatically happens
if it goes on for so long and he makes no requests to have anything
removed.

I'd personally like to see him be able to earn a living from his writings
but to each their own.

Came a long way with Eric's "Oscillating Transformer" article from JBR, May-June 1986:

Also included a reference to the Corum's model, a very interesting comparison. I found a nice math module which lets me enter the equations in Latex, which makes very nice formula. Firefox renders them perfectly, and there appears to be an add-on for Internet Exploder available.
