Guys - and girls? - here's the thing. Glen has given us his data - but it's not exactly re-instated. Route is difficult and there is zero exposure of tektronix equipment - those waveforms. This needs doing - asap. Otherwise I must do this myself? Your choice Glen. But I intend doing this. If you have grounds for objections you must state them. I undertake not to use them. I don't need to. I've got what I want - if that really ever was your objection.

I would like to also reference that at the "Open Source Research and Development" Channel there is a latest video library of available "LIVE" 5 Hour non stop recordings of various Oscilloscope wave forms, temperature readings and device shots of the modified Mosfet Heating Circuit available for your pleasure that has logged around 2,000 hours of viewing time now.

Until the penultimate posts and these links your data was not clearly referenced anywhere. Delighted to see this small concession. But it's not enough Glen. It still breaches our undertaking to give exposure to Tektronix. They gave you exclusive use of some really zut equipment in exchange for the exposure. I'm reasonably certain that - right now - this is way too restricted to satisfy the terms of your undertaking. I'm just so sorry that they now see how little Open Source members hold to their undertaking. And I still do not understand why you need to HIDE those waveforms in such complicated links? Just why do you consider this necessary? Is this in the spirit of Open Source? I'm beginning to think that your 'site' reference is a bit of a misnomer.

I assure you I have all the data required. I have no personal problems with the access to those links. But you've made it difficult. I'd like to see the posts reinstated exactly as was that the OU.Com references also make sense. I can never get my head around the need to keep things from public view. Unless of course you're trying to hide something?

Nor do I B. Glen has done a real service to us all - and to me personally - especially as it relates to the replication of that test. In any event. We both undertook to 'pay' for the use of that Tektronix equipment by giving it full exposure. Right now it is not fully exposed. In fact I very much doubt that Tektronix would have agreed to the 'use' of their equipment if they thought that the data would only be available for a brief 6 months or thereby. The point about 'open source' is that the reference is there 'forever'. In this case it certainly is not 'forever'.

Quite apart from which Glen's refusal to 'publish' is based on a personal quarrel with me. I'm the only one who is not disadvantaged as I've had access to file uploads of this from day dot. I'm not sure that any of the other members took that precaution. I am hoping against hope that the data will get re-instated. Else, I would hope to make some ready access to it myself. But if there's a reason that I should not do so, then I'd like to be persuaded - is all. What exactly is the 'beef'. Quite apart from which it was an extraordinary piece of work - showing a standard of experimentation that should and could be emulated. But without the 'blue print' all that Glen is doing is depriving the readers of his excellent work and throwing real doubts on the reasons for 'hiding' the work at all. If he has no agenda - then he's hurting no-one but open source. As mentioned - if the object was to hurt me - there's no point. It doesn't make an ounce of difference to me.

Ok Guys. Just think of this. If I had not actively engaged in the progress of this technology ON THESE THREADS - then how come that Quantum circuit was successfully replicated? I've actively advanced not only the applications of this technology to the potential benefit of ALL MEMBERS AND READERS here but I've spent whole MONTH'S worth of work - trying to explain WHY THIS HAPPENS. Every encryption method is decryptable but why does it always have to be decryptable by the US government? Are they afraid they can’t put their big nose into everything? If they could be trusted themselves, don’t tap telephones, don’t redirect emails and don’t intimidate people we would not need all this in the first place. They on the other hand are well known hiders of technology and I don’t know what else developed with black budgets and all paid for by the poor tax-payers… I don’t think it is worth trying either, they can read zip-files protected with a password and they do read MS word files which can be protected with passwords and be encrypted too.

The heat is on again!

Well Harvey the heat is on again but there is one thing I still do not understand, what is the sense, what would be the added value for Rosemary to keep on writing on this site? She has all the information she ever needs; replications are already made and did prove the effect is there. She now has contacts with universities in South Africa, which was something she always wanted. It is all in place. Apart from that replications were made already by those independent firms putting their good names on the spot. So again, explain to me why she still would appear in this thread? Is she masochistic? It simply does not make sense. To me she really wants this technology to be available for the world without a hidden agenda.

If I remember it right, some time ago, didn’t you mention something about getting up to 3kWatts on back EMF with this simple MOSFET switcher? It was not mentioned again either further on. What happened with it? Talking about being open that would be interesting to know too.

To let you know that my name wasn't taken it is my birth name. I don't hide behind names. I am honest enough to tell you that my full last name is Bigness. I don't know how SA does the patent thing but here in the us it is much different. They don't rely on advertising to do anything here they search their own database for prior work and the another database that has all ip information that any country has use of. Although a patent gets fully researched it still can be challenged in court. What I was referring to is that the patent offices are kinda biased on certain stuff presented to it.
My only concern was not violating anything that you had set up as a protection for your ideas. And to a certain degree was and still is a little confused over the quoted reference that you provided. Not enough to continue a debate over it though.

Guys, to be quite frank - I am actually guilty of something which I've now learned to my cost. The truth is that I hate experimentation. My love is for theory. And my knowledge of things electrical - is really scant. I've kept my knowledge to precisely no more nor less than required in 'hands on' experimentation - precisely because it bores me to tears. My own brother cannot understand this. His love is for experimentation. But there you go. It takes all sorts to make the world.

As a result my actual hope was to leave replication to Open Source and simply advance the thesis. Which was rather lazy. As a result I allowed too much credit to the parties involved in the replication. And human nature, being what it is, they saw the 'gap' and moved in. But Harvey and Glen, I think wanted the whole 9 yards. The thesis, the circuit - the whole catastrophe. I have it now from a variety of sources that this is absolutely par for the course on a new invention. And I should have been more alert. But I think I've wized up - finally. And certainly I will do all that I can to progress this 'art' if such it is. But I really do not have a monopoly. The experimentalists on this forum are way more compentent than I could ever be. I'm very aware of my limitations.

I just want to leave you with this thought. We are concentrating on the heating of an element at a very small cost of energy from the supply. If this is correct - then all that is needed is that the heating be applied to water - and that steam pressure then be used to turn a motor. That will definitely be the 'next phase' and I do hope that some of you will look into this. I personally will only go as far as the heating to the hot water cylinder. Thereafter I have other more interesting experiments that I hope to advance. But here's the 'red alert'. You guys are far better at putting these applications together than I could ever be. Please do not get caught up in this quarrel. Just look to where you can advance things to your own best interests. The advantages here are far reaching. And I certainly could not go that distance. And I DO NOT HAVE A PATENT NOR ANY CLAIM ON ANYTHING THAT ANYONE PROGRESSESS - with the entire exclusion of Harvey and Glen.

Maybe Rosemary is not Rosemary but somebody else pretending to be her? This is true for most of us I guess. Maybe you are not the real Harvey but one of the MIB and you have to debunk the circuit before somebody actually tries to get it on the market? Maybe I am working for the European Union and keeping an eye on what’s happening here … Maybe I’m a debunker myself but in that case, until now I didn’t do a really good job I think.
