Generator Circuit Taps Unkown Power

Somehow it draws power from an unknown source and powers lamps that require a lot more power than what is going into them.

We need a circuit diagram and ammeter/voltmeter in the output lamps circuit. In the absence of these, it looks to me like some sort of SG circuit.
