Best oscilloscope for Bedini circuits

Hello

After building two-three variants of Bedini SSG I feel the need for proper tuning the circuits. And I think I will need an oscilloscope for this.

So would you recommend some devices that will do the job for me? Have in mind that I am no electrical engineer and the oscilloscope should be cheap, but good enough for the purpose.

Some devices to start with - Fluke 123, Rigol DS1000 series, Hantek DSO 5000 series.

My question is more likely would there be any problem with the HV spikes?

A very basic scope with limited bandwidth is available here for free as software with the probe being plugged into the sound card:

Be very careful or you will blow the sound card. Read the instructions carefully.
