I made a Youtube video a while ago to see what people thought of it and what they thought was really happening. I thought it was a simple water battery but it lacked a dielectric. Yesterday I was reading many threads about joule thief’s and overunity devices and went to his website and thought nothing of it until today while visiting my past videos. The quarters are the capacitor and the magents turn on when placed in a certain direction. One connection on the magnet and one on the quarter just like the Tom Bearden device.
