Whatever is being used in any most recent model has been determined
to be the best. It is not necessarily the same in all - depends on
application.

These units evolve quite a bit but amazingly, the prices come down.

Are the Tesla R Chargers 2a12, any better than
Save A Battery 12 Volt Vehicle "All-In-One" Deep Cycler w/FREE padded case and 10' Extension Cable rejuvenating type charger that I already have?

They seem like similar technologys, but knowledge on electric stuff is fair at best.

As far as the R charger goes I wouldn't have an answer on that but, You can build both technologies into 1 machine and really see something. Takes a little work though.

C20 rate in cap pulsing

JB has demonstrated a motor-generator before which gain a speed as it gets loaded, do you know which motor-generator he was referring to?

when doing high-capacitance discharge with 2-4 volts above battery voltage, that would mean pulsing a high current in the battery right? so how would then the C20 rate of charging and discharging be applied in this form of charging? i.e a 7Ah batt has only 280mA C20 rate.

Be careful : my Avast antivirus buzzed all around when i clicked the captcha to get the file !!

Not because of the file itself, but because of the site ! It wanted to launch a "java.exe" that was hopefully blocked in no time ! ....
