All I can say from an engineers standpoint is that Tom Bearden and Albert Einstein have done more to damage the understanding of electricity, particularly as it relates to Tesla, than any other humans on the planet. Personally, Tom Bearden's assertions of Soviet Scalar lunacy, is a direct slap in the face of my eight years of RCA and Sonoma State College research. What more can I say?

Claims of OU or COP>1 are such a waste of time if they never result in a ball placed at higher point, or a second battery being all charged up after one was used to heat up some water.
I agree with above, the energy conversion needs to be PART of the invention.
You start with one type and amount of energy, say 1kg at 1m of height, a 1kg vehicle rolling horizontally at 1m/s, etc.
In a magnet setup, the rotor or object needs to be placed back at starting position, each and every next time. Show it spin doing work or don't bother us.
Energy needs to be converted to input to prove it was really there.
If you can't prove OU with those simple rules, an invention is not useless per se, but don't claim OU. And don't claim OU if you're not ready to help builders, and build models to offer for scrutiny.

I'm greatly disappointed at the imbalance between knowledge/innovation/ability and level of proof within the FE community.
Folks like Milkovicz who prove nothing, but are awarded prizes. Started out claiming 12x more output than input from a 2-stage oscillatior. Years later people say 3.25x, and still don't even loop it. Mechanical to mechanical, and still the conversation cannot be done to loop it. No second device can be powered without doubling input. Yet the minds of thousands of bright researchers are kept busy by it.

If you can't share what you know, then do so anonimously. Anonimity can be had for those who can invent a principle. Just build in silence and don't dream to get credits. Or just devise a code to be printed on the device only you have the key for, to later take credit when you feel the time is right. Build a few units, and distribute.
So much of what I read on FE turns out to be a direct insult on my intelligence, and that of mankind...
