Could I make a question then why I am thinking in this direction. Could it be that Meyers figured out what Tesla knew. He said Tesla was a study direction he took. The tube are near field antennas. Bot the tubes must weigh the same. Meaning same mass. Thinner outer tube with thicker inner tubes. Then you would need to balance them by making the cuts, just like we saw on his outer tubes to balance them out.
Just a thought.
As for the coating I think it is the same effect that happens in a battery.

If Meyer refer to Tesla then the important part is not the tube, but the circuit or coil.

better coating with Bedini charger?

I have been indirectly reminded that Bedini charger produce smaller crystalization on a lead acid battery.

From what I recall, white coating conditioning should be done with low current DC. Wouldn't coating using low current radiant / bedini like charger produce much finer, much denser and thus much better white coating? and thus presumably produce better efficiency?

Would I be correct in assuming that there is still a negative electrical field being produced by the tube? I'm just wondering what is happening molecularly and atomically in the water due to this insulative effect.

Today I had a flash of inspiration. Tubes in WFC are "leaky" capacitors, right ? Capacitors tend to form oscillating circuit with inductors.When applied frequency match resonant one it is called resonant rise and voltage and current dramatically rise up. With leaking capacitor it's capacitance is small and fast falling down which means resonant frequency rise up. To keep resonant frequency at the level possible for electronic circuit somehow this capacitance should be as high as possible to allow resonant rise.

That mean WFC need high capacitance (which is going to drop fast at dielectric breakdown). What kind of capacitors have such capacitance ? of course - electrolytic ones. Maybe the concept behind powder coating is just creating layer of oxide to create electrolytic capacitors from WFC tubes.

WFC need to be resonant capacitor at secondary of Don's circuit. So the calculation need probably to be done in reverse order : first WFC contruction, oxide layer forming , clever capacitance matching to coil and then primary driving circuit.
