NO PLANS .. Just principle explained in book is ok for build what you want.. You don't need plans you need to believe in you as man for build an own working unit..

Over the years you have shown photos of your research work and I had commented back then that there was a lot of specialized machining and welding done to make those parts. One of your photos showed what looked like 10 individual machined parts with intricate TIG welding for gas ports, end cap flanges, pressure vessel shapes, some with electrical connections!

Also, over the years, you said that you were working on running a small generator engine on your fuel, to make electricity. Did you succeed in doing this? Any videos?

Since you have already have built a working unit, it makes sense to sell the plans for that working unit! For other researchers to design and machine specialized parts that are VERY EXPENSIVE that might not work is too much risk for most researchers right now to spend what little Basic Research money they have, based on only a "theory."

Why make other researchers "re-invent the wheel"? Research is VERY EXPENSIVE. To design, machine and weld one simple pressure vessel can run over $1000. And if you design needed 10 specialized machined parts, the costs can run over $10,000 on just the hardware.

You never showed pictures of your electronics part of your research work, so it is unknown what you built. Electronics design for high pulse, high voltage circuits can run over $5000.

So you are right, that $300 is small price to pay for your "theory" book when the cost to build a working demo unit could run close to $15-20,000. Another problem is that after spending $15,000 on parts based on your theory, it does not work? Most researchers do not have that kind of time & money to spend based on just a "theory".

You need positive ions and you must ionize not just oxygen but also nitrogen. Choose the best way for your ionization
