Simply we are in presence of an reduction reaction. CO2 is reduced to Carbon on the metal catalyst and the carbon react at high temperature with CO2 and WATER VAPOUR creating the COH2 synthetic gas. The high temperature is the main catalyst of the reaction without these conditions the reaction isn't possible.
Why PANTONE GEET can't work correctly? Because don't have an enough energy source for reach and maintain in the time the correct temperature for process these molecules.

The rod is centered in the chamber on the PMC unit. The rod is allowed to float in the chamber on the Pantone unit. The floating rod may work on a vertically oriented chamber, but I highly doubt it will work on a horizontal unit.

The metals making up both the rod and the internal tube will react with Oxygen, Carbon, Nitrogen etc at the elevated temperatures 800°C+ to reform into syngas. I would guess that the metals in a catalytic converter would aide in this process (i.e. Pt, Pd, Ni, Cu, Cs, Ru, etc.) and break down CO, CO2, Hydrocarbons into reactive compounds, aided by the magnetic field generated by the rod (although probably quite weak).

Baziev uses a strong magnetic field and reactive metals to do the same thing.

No one has noted that into PMC diagram, and NOT into PANTONE GEET diagram, the air is pre-mixed with the mixture of exaust gas, water and oil?

What happens if you mix the air and oil to the temperature of autoignition??

- Sorry, I mistyped in my earlier response - I was referring to Andreev (Autothermia process). You are correct there are two parts - the first stage of processing the Air(catalyst and magnetic field) and the second stage reaction chamber that is entirely a thermal process (along with Catalyst). I am guessing something like a nitrous monopropellant engine.

You have ignition/reaction - Temperature increase - as shown by temperature profile in the reaction chamber.

May or may not be correct, but my thoughts anyway

This is the only way for use water as fuel.. using CO2 as carbon source is great idea and in this way some emissions in atmosphere are reduced saving also some moneys.
