Hey I might only have a GED i got in jail and could be one of the dumb people your refering to but at least I am here trying to educate myself and learn stuff that is new.

I could be on the corner smoking crack or doing blow but no I am interested in being self taught. Even though I might not ever work at a fortune company or even have an emplyee ID with one of those cool scan cards that unlock doors that doesnt mean I wont ever amount to much.

At least i have a GED and now can advance at my own pace. that is why i came here to this cool forum. I wanted to learn and expand my vertical horizons so i can better myself.

thats why I also take my psych medication, not becuse I like them but becuse it makes me be a better person.

      Wow

Did anybody see, how to make carbon fiber, from chicken feathers.?
Carbon fibers can store hydrogen, easier than trying to compress it.
Just another uneducated person trying different things.

I don't believe having a GED or getting in trouble makes you "dumb."

All of us had to start somewhere.

The troubled ones are those that come and spread disinformation, outright lie, take various jargon that has been used for years and contort it to mean something completely different than what it has always been used for, etc...

        Aaron Murakami

          meaning of education

The entire concept of what it means to be educated has been distorted from what it actually means.

Education doesn't mean having memorized information for a certain field or even having a degree.

Education literally means to bring out (from within) - that doesn't mean to make stuff up, it means that if someone is educated, they have the wherewithal to be able to be resourceful to find the answers they need when they need them.

I always surround myself with all kinds of experts who have a mastery in their respective fields and I consult my experts all the time when I need to know something.

A famous story on this issue was with Henry Ford - not having ever made it out of elementary school, some reporter called him uneducated - basically slander. It isn't slander to someone that believes institutionalized "education" makes someone educated, but it is slander to someone that actually knows what it means to be educated. They went to court and Ford was asked some question and he didn't know the answer to and it made it look like he was uneducated. But he replied that he has a row of buttons on his desk and when he needs to know something, he pushes the right button and the person at the other end will give him the answer. THAT is what an educated person understands how to do - resourcefulness to get the answers.

Anybody bragging about their degrees and how credible their education is has missed the boat.

I'd hope that everyone would study and apply the principles in Napoleon Hill's book Think & Grow Rich. It isn't a get rich quick book, it is a study of psychology of what makes rich people rich and poor people poor. The only real difference is how they think as anyone in the deepest poverty can change their perspective from excuse-making and poverty entitlement consciousness to something constructive.

I've lived in a car before scrambling for enough change just to get the next meal - I didn't even live paycheck to paycheck because I didn't even have a paycheck - so I know from experience that I created the entire world as I perceived it.

The reason I bring this up is because all the principles in Think & Grow Rich can be applied to get success at anything, finances, answers to energy technologies, and on and on and on.
          Sincerely,
          Aaron Murakami

              A must read

Thanks Aaron for the insight. Napoleon Hill not only talks about the "rich" as in money, but talks about the importance of "rich" as in life and achievement. This should be a required read for anyone who is just getting started in the lessons of life on their own. And perhaps, has suffered a bit for their bad choices. As this is when you have the maturity and enough experience to absorb the lessons within. But, not so bitter as to miss the point entirely. IMHO.

                Absolutely!

This book should be required reading for every student before they graduate from high school.

Do Not Buy This Version February 7, 2007
                    By M. Morgan
Format:Mass Market PaperbackDo not buy this version.

I purchased this version and discovered the original 1937 edition free online so I decided to compare. I discovered after comparing the first few pages of the original online version to this version that quite a few critical points had been omitted from the book. I became curious, so I went through every word of the online version and compared it with the book and was astonished at the amount of important information that was excluded from the book. Almost all of the key elements of the book had been removed or worse (reworded and changed) this completely diluted the message. I can see why many readers could find the book to be a little vague and unclear. I decided to write down the numerous words and paragraphs that had been removed from this edition and put them together. Wow! Just reading what was removed was profound and told a story in and of itself and made me question why this critical information was removed.
It should be a crime to remove so much original content. Something that was clear, concise and cohesive had now become distorted and muddled. Clearly the original content could stir the masses for change not just for money but politically and socially which Napoleon states. The thought police have been more active than I thought wink wink. Here is a small list of omitted subjects that you are missing if you purchase this version:

Christianity - and it is not what you would expect
                    Copernicus
Lincoln slavery and a united North & South
Philipine representative that excited his people to freedom
Earth - high vibrational frequency (correlates a lot with the quantum physics of today)
School and education - most of what is taught in school does not help a person succeed in life. Charles Schwab demonstrates this by hiring dozens of poor men he had not went to school and turned them into successful leaders

Dreamers - people with big imaginations that have the greatest potential
                    to change the world
Concrete work that was performed by Napoleon Hill 25,000 interviews over several decades. 500 men interviewed were the wealthiest on the planet at that time.
The principles can be applied to desires other than money, social political change, scientific discoveries, inventions etc.

The original 1937 version is available free online as an ebook. I hope that I may have inspired previous readers who may have been discouraged after reading this edition to review the free online version.

Read all about how much science they teach at Clayton College - and how good the college. The college appears to be closed.

In comparison, I went to the U of M in Duluth for 4 years of Computer Engineering. I also have 2 degrees in Computer Networking and Computer Information Systems from local colleges. I also got a 28 on my ACT in 1988, which was one point short of MENSA - at the time.

Anyway, I so much wish I would have gone to Aaron's college instead :

I would like to know what his motives are for being here, at all.
Oh please. How about you give it a rest, we know you are unhappy with Aaron’s comments. But you know what else; most of us don’t give a damn. Your continual pissing and moaning has run its course and is now nothing but an annoying distraction. So it’s time to move on, or just move away.

You claim to have made great strides in producing HHO, fine. So to your original post I have added an improved “Dave Lawton” oscillator circuit feel free to use it anyway you choose or not. You can even call it your own for all I care. So now lets see just how good you really are. Go out and actually run a car on water when you do I’m sure everyone will stand up and applaud.
