For run an little engine 200cc without modifications you need an lower amount of hho, about 0.5-0.6LPM, plasma air and plasma ignition. If you add modifications inside the engine you need just 0.5-0.6LPM of hho using an normal ignition. In that case plasma air is produced internally to the engine!! I repeat again and again.. Meyer use the same concept.. air as fuel (plasma air) and hho gas just as igniter (free electrons)!!

1 car for run 100 km with v= 100 km/h consuming = 7 litre.
