Electro chemical complex reactions even the best of scientists do not know all the reactions that take place, it is still an open book.

One thing that is real is energy gain from these reactions, the only thing is something is always consumed or transformed to give the energy out, including nuclear.

When using flyback HV where the primary input does not see the load, we have two reactions, one electric and the other chemical. On the electric side we create HV at low amps from low voltage, medium amperage (the gain is not here). This is then changed to a high amperage not by reducing the voltage but by a chemical electron cascade from the electrode metal (that metal is comsumed or changed) the voltage stays HIGH, in time that electrode (the fuel) will have to be replaced. The system is not exactly electrolysis as in Faraday's Law, partly yes and partly no, the no part will take you way over normal Faraday.

The system is a two part system, the high amperage did not come from the high voltage, the high voltage is still there if using distilled water.

This is not Faraday electrolysis, it is a system which uses water clusters in distilled water, it also does not create a dual layer at the electrodes and most of the gas output is HYDROGEN only.

This is a diagram only and needs other components to make it work, but those in the art will know and see what I have just given.

Enjoy it while you can, I hold the rights to any commercial system using this.

Development Plan and Costs

I understand your caution. What can you tell? Are you wanting to raise development capital or just expense money to keep a lid on the knowledge of the construction details? If you don't want help developing a product, then what if anything would you like from your audience?

No developement plans or costs, I have given the above for those who would like to build it, those in the art would be able to from the given diagram, also they would see exactly what has been done and would open their eyes as to the simplicity, but effective system.

The only thing that is not allowed is commercialization of the system, private use I have no problem.

You need the very sharp pulse, sharper the better between 20 and 200nsec

You can play around with the frequency but easier to work in Khz, Mhz works better but harder to build, 40-50khz works ok
