N2 AND H2O NEEDED... everything is the same..xwhat other catalysts can we use besides platinum ?

the catalyst ionizes N2 for coulomb repulsion to decrease in fact the nitrogen react with water not oxygen ,the only problem is the cost of platinum, need to find a unreactive metal that can ionize nitrogen to test if this is correct.Last edited by tachyon; 02-25-2014, 10:20 AM.The pure in heart will see the light.

if you use other type of gas like CO2 you obtain CO, O3 and some heat
nitrogen plasma is an catalytic agent able to split molecules

does CO2 reacts being neutral? .. is this started by a spark??? the primary interaction must be between nitrogen and other compound.. and I don't see how this happens without them being charged at some point.. with the spark they get ionized momentarily...and moveLast edited by tachyon; 02-25-2014, 08:12 PM.The pure in heart will see the light.
