I've done this for years but not for fuel purposes.

For fuel purposes, go check the old Bingo fuel reactor. It works, but does consume the carbon rod.

You're also not making oil.

My process uses carbon electrodes with very low voltage to create a carbon nano-colloid solution for other purposes - that actually still holds in suspension 6 years later, which is beyond anything else reported for similar processes.

The carbon becomes hydrophilic so draws water to it - for boosting plant growth but also as a battery additive in flooded cell lead acid batteries.

You can take the off gassing products from this process as there is hydrocarbon gas being emitted. Probably different from what you're doing, but you CAN create a fuel with low energy using carbon rods, electricity and distilled water. As the carbon content increases, so does conductivity so you can create more gas at lower voltages... I was electrolyzing it at less than 0.2 volts.

Anyway, don't let anyone discourage you.

All I know is that when I did it, the gas is flammable (since there is electrolyzed hydrogen) and the carbon can be a carrier for the hydrogen. My focus was not on fuel production.

Why you want make new fuel when the product of combustion can be burned again? The law of conservation of energy is clear .. Energy can be neither created nor destroyed, but can change form.. referring to combustion as final result WE obtain exaust gas formed by CO2, H2O and N2 BUT .. referring to the same law of conservation of energy you can process this new energy form MAKING again the fuel and burned again.. how? Simply using the chemical plasma.. I CAN PROVE TO YOU TODAY THAT THE PRODUCT OF COMBUSTION AS WE KNOW CAN BE TRASFORMED AGAIN IN FUEL AND BURNED AGAIN!!!
