Hallo!
today we have finished my friends electrolyser, it is made from 316 grade stainless, with plexiglass covering plates, and vinyl sleeves 4mm thick between plates. plates size are 166x255mm
there are 43 plates - it means there are 6 sections with 7 cells in each. when using it in car where is ~13,5V useable voltage, we can get around ~1,92V on each cell.
now the electrolyser are getting conditioned, it draws about 0,3A @12V.
i will change electrolyte after 2 days, and repeat this process 2 more times.
electrolyte is KOH with distyled water.
