You don't want it submerged. I think if you have 2 or 3 (if it fits) standing on there folded Z end (like toasts in a toaster) with about 40mm of fuel in the tank the fuel will be drawn up like a sponge giving the fuel a large area to turn to vapor. You don't need to have the air go through them. Keep you box as is and blow the air in as you did. However this time you should have maybe 3 to 4 times the fuel vapor. So maybe you want to blow more air through your container to get that great blue flame you had. That blue flame is what we all want
I attached a picture with a circle of the end to go at the bottom of your container. I don't know how high the fuel will climb on the paper surface so you may not need the filter to go up to the top but if you can find one that will be the length of the tank that would be more important. Make sure there is space between the filters so air can flow all around and maybe you can cut off the rubber on the bottom and also on the sides if it looks like it will stay together.
Now that I've come down from my 'high', I've had time to think some.
There is a very high probability that I have been producing an appreciable amount of Hydroxy Gas in real time. That would be one factor that could account for the drastic mileage benefit. You mentioned this in an earlier reply here and it makes allot of sense. I know many have mentioned huge gains with Hydroxy. The combination of Hydroxy coupled with complete combustion by plasma spark could be what's accounted for my test results.
You might consider including the latter speculation in the update.

My goal is to run my electrical generator on water (with or without HHO).
Once the generator is runing I plan to use some of the output from the generator to power the Vexus circuit.
To start with I'll just use MAINs to power the Vexus circuit.
I'm looking for clarification on my circuit.
Being I'm starting with 110 volts I don't need the oscillator correct?
MAINS ---> full-bridge rectifer ---> voltage doubler ---> Vexus circuit.
I'm not sure if I need the full-bridge rectifer or if I'm missing something else that is needed.

If you run on the mains you don't need an oscillator. The oscillator is really a simple inverter that the VexUs circuit won't blow up. Consumer CMOS based inverters don't like the VexUs.
A voltage multiplier acts like a FWB and takes its place. So you don't need the FWB, just the multiplier (doubler, tripler, whatever). I don't think a genset's alternator will have any trouble with the VexUs... I just honestly don't know.

I remember you showing me this circuit demo when you were at my shop. I was amazed by it then, and am even more amazed now that you have taken it forward a couple levels. Only one word for you, WOW! 508V charge to the cap and the leads don't shock you! Wish I was using one like that when my 450V lit me up a month or so ago. Still having shoulder and rib issues even now. Great work man, you are doing the world a great service by sharing your knowledge, don't ever stop!

I am having some issues with my power supply, thought you might could help me out. I get 192VAC output from the unit, then run through a tripler circuit and end up with 590VDC to the MW cap. It gives a more robust plasma spark than I had on mains power at 450VDC total output........as long as it's only firing one plug. I hooked up four plugs to simulate your four cylinder, I turn on the power supply and then start the electric motor that turns my distributor. As soon as the distributor starts to turn, the plasma is good, and then instantly goes down to a very small plasma spark that has trouble firing water mist. I am using the original config of the schematic, 4 transistors, 400uF cap pairs of 50V rate instead of the 220uF ones on the schematic. The supply, just powering it's own circuitry, pulls 4.8 amps from the battery. It pulls 9 amps at about 2,000 4-cylinder rpm's. I think I must have used the wrong values for some components is why it pulls so much power. I do have 5,000uF and 10,000uF caps on order, not sure what to change to get this to a usable level.
