LapperL is right! those are not your secondary leads. Above those leads is a single connector, that is one side of the secondary and the other side is the metal frame of the transformer. Use the frame for negative and one microwave diode on the connector >l to capacitor to get positive and you will charge a capacitor. This " >l " is the diode direction. Keep a dc voltage meter on the cap to make sure not to go over voltage or else BANG.
