I wait, excitedly, for you to see it work well in your bug. You have a real knack for solving problems, glad you are a part of all this for sure. I am sure it will perform as well as everything else you have done here, great work!

I will continue testing the Suburban with the inverter, just to see if it will be fine with the current setup. I'll post some results later today, hopefully. At least by tomorrow. Later................................Mike
    Hi Mike,

As you can see, I have upped the voltage and you'r right ... HV is the only way ... low power, low heat.

    • oscillator board

      Hi all,

... finished the oscillator, mounted the xformer, mounted the fan, mounted the board on the VW engine compartment back plane.

Here's a pic of the board and a pic of the waveform. It is about 300VAC P-P @ 70 hz. and 247 VDC at the storage Cap.

The oscillator-part is from the transformer and to the right. The voltage multiplier is the two diodes and two caps at the lower left and then there's the fan (1-1/2 square).

It sags a little more than I like at high speed (2400 RPM, 4 cycles per rev = 160 cps). It droops to about 165 VDC at that speed but that's plenty to bring the plasma event.

      Peace,

      Greg

      • @ Greg,

        Very nice.
Will appreciate data on transformer. TIA.
And schematic if you feel very generous.

        • Introduce water to the plasma ignition

          All,

As request from any comment and need to verifying it..
I just introduce water into the GEET + Plasma Booster engine. The setup just like before (No Changed). I used water in the plastic fuel tank and 100% gasoline supplied from a bubbler thru the air mix valve. With GEET + plasma booster I have no significant change (I have only RPM increasement). It's only worked in high RPM. When I open the valve to about 50% open (high water rate), the RPM goes down. It may gives information that my GEET+ plasma are not enough to ignite water to get engine runs on water only.

          Any suggestion ?

          NB:
As you know, our final purpose is to reach engine running on water only.

          • What will happen if I introduce NaOH solution or salt water into the engine ?

            • Guys the organization got new information on the GEET which may be of use, open source engineers who are part of the org can legally receive them
Ill be sending to Luc, Rev, Aaron and Greg to assist this direction.

Rev, drop me an email so i can send them to you for technical support

                Hi Revizal,

The experiments you are conducting are very useful for our knowledge.

                Have you tried distilled water?
It would be interesting because of it's high voltage dielectric breakdown (low electrical conductivity) and also because it is cleaner for the engine.

Thanks for sharing and please keep up.

I thought the water we need must have ion in it. That's why we could fire salt water or other catalyst such NaOH and KOH due to availability of ion in the solution. I thought what S1R did also relate to this idea or brute methode to ignite water in ICE.

                    Excellent videos!!
NaOH / KOH is caustic and will attack parts of the engine, especially if its alluminium.

                    • Hi!

Today I make a Sinus generator on LF355N. And now I can say- all is working correct! No massive heat of transistor and transformer is warm too. Current is about 3 Amps and all is working- just nice!!! I can say that is "Ultra frequencu amplifiere"! And I think it is correct name of schematic.

                      • Revizal doing a great job !

                        Hi Revizal,

I find you are a very long running guy ! Congratulations, you progress with determination, step by step !

                        - You said the genset ran 5 minutes on diesel
and 7 minutes on diesel + plasma spark; so it's already almost 50% increase !!!

                        - what I know about GEET, and especialy about 100% water GEET, is that 100% water is very hard to get so far.

                        - most important is to bring reactor chamber of GEET to highest temperature possible. You should insulate the exhaust pipe with something.

                        - also the length of the rod inside GEET is VERY important:
see info from VortexHeatExchanger : Vortexing Plasma Fuel Reformer Design

water as fuel - 32mm vertical rod or 64mm horizontal rod
petrol - 92mm vertical rod or 184mm horizontal rod
diesel fuel - 115mm vertical rod or 229mm horizontal rod
crude oil - 156mm vertical rod or 305mm horizontal rod

you can find resumed info here: http://waterfuel.100free.com/geet_plasma.html

but running 100% water is very hard, BUT like you use plasma spark it could be more possible )
I hope and pray for your success !
imagine fishing boats running on water !!

fuel is the main daily expense for the fishing boats, and I know places on this planet where people can't afford for fuel anymore, so they can't bring fish anymore, but still have to pay the bank for the loan on the boat !!

I know places where it's becoming DRAMATIC, so please guys KEEP ON TO THE VICTORY, we need water as fuel !

                        • Interesting plasma test............

                          Hey guys,

Here is something I found interesting enough to video the effect. I obtained a cylinder combustion test plate from a friend of mine that bolts onto a cylinder head and allows simulation of combustion chamber pressures. I did this test at 2,300 rpm and only one of eight plugs setup to fire plasma. I pressurized this chamber at 100 - 110 psi, using VERY dry air from the dryer system my painter uses to paint cars. Because we all know what happens with plasma and moisture! As the pressure increases, so does the size of the plasma! I thought compression would decrease the effect, but I guess not now. I wanted a longer video, but the battery in the camera died, so I just went ahead and posted it as is. Enjoy, and please give feedback as to what you guys think of this.....................................Mike

What happens to a regular spark if you increase the pressure? Does the spark become weaker?
                            Great job!
It's better to wear off by working than to rust by doing nothing.

                            • Thanks Jetijs,

The regular spark becomes a little more visible at the same pressures, but nothing major, you can just see it a little better. But that plasma flame gets amazing. I am now building a better adapter plate, that one was machined out pretty thin around where I tapped in the air. I was shooting another video, and it actually blew out at 100 psi. Big BANG! Luckily, I wasn't hurt. I want to go higher on the pressure to see what effect will be created for a higher compression performance engine, like the one in my Trans-Am! I feel we are on the verge of changing EVERYTHING!!!!

I am also rewiring the "kick" wire arrangement on the Suburban, I am going to put the diodes very close to the plug ends and shield everything. Then possibly a road test. I lengthened the kick wires to move the entire diode assy. out of the engine bay to a bench trying to see if there was interference causing my OBD-2 program to stop responding. The added length of wire between the plugs and diodes made the red light come on at the inverter, no red light before so I figure the shorter the better. More later.............................Mike

                              • to Mike

Interesting. Very, very interesting. You make a presure big, but if You make a vacum situation? Is it possible to make it in Your lab? I think that is very important- understand 2 phases of ICE working process. I see some experiments in YouTube. The answer in thees videos was lovering of the effect.
                                Thank, You.
