  • Technical drawings needed for our hydroxy write up

Guys, your dream hydroxy 101 (17mb!) with every do/ dont, design and faculty information is ready. Problem is we need some drawings for various designs. Can any body draw the following cell with plate measurements?

I dont think we need CAD , but just some thing that can show the cylindrical cylinder specs, can any one take a look?

BTW, this is the best booster

Please help guys if you can, or you have to put up with me begging

    Hi Ash,

I have had some graphic design experience and I have the software/hardware to draw up some simple illustrations in Freehand +Photoshop. Files can be optimised for internet viewing or used as a 1 to 1 scale vector based artwork/schematics. Ive attached a simple one I did for my window motor. I got some laser cutting from one of the templates.

I cant have it all done super fast, but I am happy to draw it up for you when I get time for free. Show me some pics or give me some specs and Ill have a stab at it if you like

Ash, Awesome....Glad to see things coming to fruition! This gives me an idea for a thread. A "Share Your Expertise" Topic so we can help each other out in our quests!

I like the design, the only thing I would add is a note is on the Relay Wiring. The trigger input just says "Ignition On" I would add a Note to make sure it is tapped into a component that only cuts on with the "Ignition On and Not Accessory" like the Fuel Pump fuse.

        But anyways, Great Work!

Thats a good idea Red Meanie!

We all have our day jobs and little hobbies, you should start that thread up!
Kinda like a little get to know your peers/talent expo.

Also may I suggest a more universal document format when its finished? Like PDF maybe?

Hi Ren, LEE, paradox et all

Thanks allot Guys , very impressive skills there. And not a bad idea too

Wait until you see the final document , it has all of ours and others research. Okay now i think Lee can help on the measurements? they are all contained in the document i uploaded. Wouters is basically a clyndrical cell with the spacing and cm of the tubes listed in the document.

Lee probably knows how to weed them out better then i do
But if any one cannot understand it please let me know. Thanks lee ill update the doc.

Perhaps Ren/ Paradox can take instruction form lee on the cylindrical one uploaded?

sure man, can you send me your email?
                ashtweth@gmail.com

also i found this from the doc

"To summarize, the unit is a 6 cell unit using 7 tubes (diameters 4" / 3.5" / 3" / 2.5" / 2" / 1.5" / 1") The outer tube is connected to negative and the centre tube is connected to positive. The centre 1" tube is connected to a 8mm (5/16") stainless steel threaded rod with a 1 inch s/steel washer so that the rod provide an easy and secure outside connection to positive.
The outer tube will be slightly longer than the inner tubes which are all the same length""

Just let me know If I can help.....I have read over it and it seems simple. I just dont like the water level problem that seem inevitable with this set up.

                            Why are we staying small?

Just curious...all the Meyer cell designs I have seen have all been pretty much the same. Has anyone considered putting ....say 40 tubes in trunk of a car and running a pressure cutoff switch with very little room for expanding air, to make it very much on demand?

This is a hydroxy booster not a Meyers cell
