        Cell Renderings

        Hi ash

I started out with a few basic renderings in Solid Works, just chechking if im on the right track. I had to make a few improvisations as far as some measurements are concerned but heres what im starting with...

        Cell_base_l.jpg

        Cell_pipe1_l.jpg

        Cell_pipe2_l.jpg

I can also render in 2D engineering plans format if needed

Man that looks perfect as it is simple. I know all the measurements for the center Rod and cylinder are in the document, but its just not spelled out for newbee friendly (myself) I know Lee would be able to tell

Looks perfect, i think its a matter now of just putting in the cylinder sizes , lee what do you think?

""To summarize, the unit is a 6 cell unit using 7 tubes (diameters 4" / 3.5" / 3" / 2.5" / 2" / 1.5" / 1") The outer tube is connected to negative and the centre tube is connected to positive. The centre 1" tube is connected to a 8mm (5/16") stainless steel threaded rod with a 1 inch s/steel washer so that the rod provide an easy and secure outside connection to positive.
The outer tube will be slightly longer than the inner tubes which are all the same length"""

The improvement would be the water level indicator Praveen did this already, i think its going to be the best compromise between a plate cell and a Smacks for reliability, bang for your buck and compact size.

Captain crunch, you will have to read our newbee document (hydroxy 101) this should be ready in 2-3 days.

              Hi Guys,

Let me Say Alex (paradox) has done an exceptional job, and we should have the completed doc done in 2 days. Ren is also doing pretty good

fritz, Aaron may add it here, but if not able, all open source stuff is always added to the panaceauniveristy.org site, it is back up now however the Ravi and hydroxy course will be up in a few days, just needs some photos and drawings taken out.

Also Ravi is walking us through the VIC for the doc.
