    Reaction chambers are 3"Dx4"L 3v @ 20a

Even 6lpm should boost your engine well.

Good luck and keep us posted

        rubber sheet

        Sure...
you can find (red) rubber 12" X 12" sheets .125 thick at Home Depot in the
plumbing aisle.... used as stock to make your own gaskets.

oops! you said clear, didn't you..... h-m-m-m-m that might be a tough one,
guess you'd be looking for silicone sheets.... dunno bout that one.

          Hi,
          McMaster-Carr website shows transparent sheets.

I'm using it as a seal between the plate edges and the Lexan to make it a snug fit so there's no current leakage. So I want it to be pretty thin but enough play so the plate edge can take form. I'm also looking for the seal to be transparent so I can see whats going on in the cell.

              Hey, Tarkus Nice Install!
I put a similar system on my Jeep Grand Cherokee with two acrylic cells behind grille, with a little generic fuel pump circulating electrolyte out the tops of cells to my reservoir and from the bottom of the reservoir back to the bottoms of the cells. (I'll post pics if you like.)

              But here's my questions -
              1) How many lpms? Using what pwm, efie, map enhancer? Wrapped O2 sensors?
I am only getting 2.3 lpm at 22 amps...
I have not been able to defeat my fuel computer with efies and map enhancers. Jeep/Mopar/Hemi
              2) Source for that pump? My little pump draws almost 2 A, vibrator-style, and I don't know how long it will last in KOH.
              3) are you altering engine timing at all?
              4) Is 2.3 lpm a lttle sparse for 5.7 liter hemi?

              Thanks!
