water has positive Ion's and Negative Ion's so if you use negative charge electrons even when we do not see what is going on in water with the use of the electrons will deionized the positive Ion's out of water which in turn of VAC that it pulses then backs up into a metal body getting a capacitor coupling charged up then you have to send that charge with a switch causing a carbon arcing to accure through the whole mass of Distilled water which breaks from top to bottom single atoms of hydrogen from top to bottom but the single atoms of hydrogen at top then goes into air because of its gaseous weight of it which means it can not bond back into the water in an open fuel cell !!!
